Answer: 3:32 AM

Toby got up at 2:47 AM and went to the White House. He woke Charlie up at 3:32 to tell him he didn't have to make the President's wake-up call because he was going to do it. When the President answered the phone he told Charlie that he was going to have a snooze button surgically implanted and that it wouldn't hurt much.

Answer: Toby's new research assistant

CJ was wanting Toby to tell her what he was doing concerning Social Security that had a "Washington Street Journal" reporter asking her questions.

When an adoption story got out of hand, CJ called a reporter into her office and told him that she had a blue and a pink room ready and all she needed was a donor. After CJ said that, the reporter realized she was pulling one over on him.

Will met Josh in his office and they talked about Bob Russell's jokes. The other joke Will told Josh was that Bob Russell was an inspiration to those with Dutch Elm disease. Later in Will's office, he made the joke to Josh that Bob Russell needed a strobe light to show he was moving.

Michael Nouri played Republican Senator Roy Turner. Josh talked him into meeting with Gaines and discussing the saving Social Security deal. Later, Turner and Gaines appeared on television and Turner made it sound as if Gaines had approached him about the plan. President Bartlet said it was the only way the White House could stay clear of any fall out.
