As Spike regenerates from out of the amulet; Wesley: "Spike." Angel: "Spike." Harmony: (peeking around the corner) "Blondie Bear?"

Answer: No

Not only did Angel forget to mention Spike's soul, but he also forgot to mention Spike had a "relationship" (call it what you like) with Buffy, and that Spike saved the world. When questioned about Spike's part in saving the world, Angel says "Well, Buffy did most of the work."

The beginning of "Just Rewards" had Spike switch to vamp-face and attack Angel. Only problem with Spike's attack was that Spike ran right through Angel and wound up standing in the middle of a desk. And the fact that Spike finds haunting Angel until the end of time so fun makes the laughs keep coming, since Angel can't stop him.

The other three choices were things Fred said were impossible if Spike was true ghost.
