Sheldon's other choice was for them to dress up as R2-D2 and C-3PO, the robots featured in the "Star Wars" movies. The Halloween party was held at Stuart's comic bookstore. Amy told everyone, "I'm Raggedy Ann and he's Raggedy C-3PO." Sheldon then said unwillingly, "It was a compromise. I lost."

Leonard dressed up as the famous scientist Albert Einstein and his partner, Penny, came as a sexy cop. Both Howard and Bernadette wore the blue Smurfs costumes, whereas Raj showed up in an Indiana Jones costume, calling himself Indian Jones.

Sheldon's nickname, Coop, was derived from his last name, Cooper. On the other hand, Hawking's nickname, Wheels, was a reference to his wheelchair.

He then posed Sheldon the brain teaser. Upon hearing the joke from Hawking, Leonard burst into an uncontrollable laughter.

For the first take, Amy criticized that Wil's performance was "wooden". When Amy called cut during the second recording, Wil was a bit offended and he said that he had been acting since he was a kid so he could handle a web show without a lot of direction.

The fight continued and when Wil could not take it anymore, he said something mean about Amy. An angry Amy asked Sheldon, "You let him talk to me like that?" Sheldon replied, "Well, you're my girlfriend; I don't want you to be upset. Then again, Wil Wheaton is my friend; I don't want him to be upset." Sheldon then handed Wil a Wesley Crusher action figure before talking to Amy in private. Wil Wheaton played the role of Wesley Crusher on the TV series "Star Trek: The Next Generation".

Upon hearing the ridiculous suggestion given by Sheldon, an angry Amy replied, "I am not hungry!" She explained further, "Your friend insulted me. You didn't do anything. Sheldon, I am your girlfriend and you should have taken my side." Sheldon then wondered, "Wow, Amy is mad, and Leonard was right. What a weird day."

Leonard had a feeling that Cole was hitting on Penny, but she convinced him that they were just friends. She also told Leonard that if Cole made him uncomfortable, then she would just switch partners, but then again, the oral report was due next week and they would most probably fail the class. Later, Penny told Leonard her feelings for him.

She said, "Leonard, why do you always do this? Listen to me, you are the one that I am with. You know that I love you. So, will you please relax, because you are driving me crazy."

Leonard was relatively shorter than Sheldon. Also, Leonard was short-sighted, not athletic, and lactose intolerant. After hearing Sheldon's sarcastic comments, Leonard justified, "I'm talking about important things like emotional maturity." Sheldon replied, "You were just spying on your girlfriend through a peephole."

Howard and Raj guessed that the number 43 might refer to the chemical element technetium and Sheldon was using it to build a radioactive bomb. Raj also came up with the idea that the number was the "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything" from "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", but Howard corrected him, saying that was actually number 42.

The last scene of the episode showed Sheldon playing with a hacky sack in the old storage room. After eight kicks, he dropped the hacky sack. Disappointed, he uttered, "Oh, I'm never going to get to 43 again."
