Answer: Rebecca left a cigarette burning in the garbage can.

This episode has one of the best endings. Sam kicks Rebecca out of the bar because she was the cause of the fire. Rebecca then tells Sam that what she did was bad, but what he did is worse because he did it on purpose. This is so true, to hurt someone intentionally is a lot worse than if one accidentally hurts someone.

Carla rigged the machine to make Rebecca win, but it was out of money so all Rebecca got was her nickel back.
3. Who challenged Sam in a ladies man contest?

Answer: Henri

Henri thinks that Sam has fallen as King of Babes, until after the contest when Sam gets a date with three woman at once.
