Peggy Mitchell was originally played by Jo Warnes when first introduced in April 1991. The character was brought back in November 1994 with Barbara Windsor taking over the role.

Answer: Yes

His first wife was Nadia Borovac, a Romanian refugee who met Phil in 1993. Phil agreed to marry her as she was about to be deported. Phil's second marriage was to Kathy but after he treated her badly she went to live in South Africa with her brother, Ted.
