1. Which character made their debut in the season 1 episode "Tooms"?

Answer: Assistant Director Walter Skinner

For the first eight seasons Walter Skinner (portrayed by Mitch Pileggi) was a recurring character. It wasn't until the ninth and final season that he was elevated to the main cast.
2. Which character DID NOT serve as an informant for Mulder at some point during the show's nine year run?

Answer: Knowle Rohrer

Rohrer didn't appear until season 8 and supplied John Doggett with information from time to time.
3. In the season 4 premiere "Herrenvolk", what did X write on the floor of Mulder's apartment in his own blood?

Answer: "SRSG"

It referred to the Special Representative to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, in this case being Marita Covarrubias, Mulder's new informant, succeeding X after his death.
