This was in season 1, "Doppelganger". Dixon said this to Sydney over the telephone after she was captured by the bodyguard who had broken her arm a couple of years before.

2. "And while I might look at scenarios more strategically than emotionally, you could learn something from my experience."

This was said to Sydney in "Almost Thirty Years", the season 1 finale, after she received the call from Sark regarding the capture of Will, one of Syd's best friends.

This was the episode that changed everything; the CIA took down the Alliance, we find out it was Sloane's plan, Francie is killed and replaced with the evil Alison Doren, and, of course, Vaughn and Sydney get together, finally!
