Answer: "When She Was Bad"

This quote was spoken by Xander to the rest of the Scooby Gang in "When She Was Bad", he was of course referring to the previous encounter they had where the Anointed One, was trying to raise the Master by his skeleton, and Buffy ground the bones with a sledge hammer.

Said in the episode "The Witch", Xander was being comedic as usual, however we will see throughout the seasons, just how incorrect that statement is, as Xander proves to be a very valuable part of the Scooby Gang.

Said in the episode "Killed By Death", in a conversation that included himself, Willow and Buffy, talking about Willow's obvious misunderstanding of the game "Doctor".

Xander makes this comment in "What's My Line, Part 1", when Giles puts forth the conclusion that their will be no sugary sweets during their research session. Xander refutes this claim, and it is curious, because it also seems that "Ho-hos" are also a part of his dating process, haha. :)

This conversation took place during "Innocence" after Xander and Cordelia break into a Military base, Xander apparently still retains some of the knowledge from when he was transformed into a soldier in the "Halloween" episode. His cover that he told the soldier covering the base, was that he just wanted to show "his girl" some stuff, pretty much a cover saying that he wanted to get "frisky" with Cordelia.

Xander is talking to Buffy, in "The Wish", after Cordelia and Oz came to rescue Willow and Xander, who had been captured by Spike, and caught Willow and Xander kissing. He does feel really bad, especially since Cordelia ended up being pierced by a metal rod, and I believe this is his way of trying to "justify" his and Willow's actions.

"This Year's Girl" was the episode in which Faith awakes from her comatose state, while at the same time the Scooby Gang is fighting Adam, and so in actuality, Adam and Faith are both homicidal lunatics, and Xander is relishing the idea of the two of them crossing paths.

I think one of Xander's biggest mistakes in this episode, was not telling Buffy of Willow's spell, but that may just be because I love Angel, and am still bitter that they didn't get back together.
