 Buffy said this when she was trying to save Lily in the "Buffy" episode "Anne". She knocks on the door and tries to get in without fighting, but then can't come up with a good excuse and says, "Oh I just suck at undercover."

 This quote came from the "Angel" episode "Five by Five". It was delivered by Lindsey.
3. The quote, "If you ran an employment agency, wouldn't you want me?" is from the "Buffy" episode "Flooded".

Actually this quote is said by Phoebe in the "Charmed" episode "Wicca Envy". In "Flooded" Anya suggests that Buffy charges for slaying, Cordelia makes a similar suggestion to Angel in the beginning of the "Angel" series.

 Principle Wood said this to Faith in the final "Buffy" episode "Chosen". They were arguing about who was avoiding who after sleeping together.

This was actually said by Buffy on the "Buffy" episode "Chosen". She was talking to Angel, he had just said something about coming to Sunnydale to help Buffy, but it didn't look like she needed help.
8. The phrase, "She is the strangest girl" was said in an episode of "Buffy".

Giles said this about Buffy in the episode entitled "Never Kill a Boy on The First Date". This episode was about Buffy trying to date a guy named Owen. Another one of my favorite quotes from the same episode, also delivered by Giles, is "When I said you could slay and have a social life, I didn't mean at the same time."

 Cordelia says this quote on both shows. She said this phrase on the "Buffy" episode "Never Kill a Boy on the First Date" when she first sees Angel. And then on the "Angel" episode "Spin the Bottle", after everyone loses their memories, when Cordelia sees Angel she speaks this phrase.

It was actually said by Willow on "Buffy". You can check the quote on www.imdb.com. Willow was talking about Cordelia and Xander being together.

 Illyria says this to Gunn in the "Angel" episode "Not Fade Away", right before they start to fight an army of thousands of demons. Gunn was already badly hurt, and she didn't want to see him die, as she already had to see Wesley killed.

 Leo was talking about Piper. The quote is from the "Charmed" episode "Love Hurts".

 Oz says this in the "Buffy" episode "Band Candy". The candy that the band was selling to raise money made anyone who ate it act like a teenager, so all of Sunnydale's adults were acting like teenagers.
15. "The Earth is definitely doomed."

Answer: Buffy

 It was in the final "Buffy" episode, "Chosen", the quote was delivered by Giles. Giles delivered a very similar quote in the very first episode of "Buffy", "Welcome to the Hellmouth": "The Earth is doomed."
