Drew slurred his lines so badly that Ryan didn't understand, so Ryan mimicked him. This caused uncontrollable laughter. Ryan then starts off, "I've lost track of the story." and when they get around to Colin, he says "Meow!" This was a reference from Scenes From a Hat where Colin says that line to Ryan, and they get a laugh from it.
