The gun range is there to help you increase your weapon skills, although it's actually a lot easier if you already have maxed out skills. The best way to do that is to just shoot a vehicle in your garage until it catches fire.

The Flying School requires 10 small objectives to be completed as best as possible. You will need over 70% on every objective in order to complete the school, however getting a better rating will improve your flying skill and allow you to unlock special vehicles.

Upon completion of Level 12 your health bar will be increased to it's maximum, resulting in your health raising by double or more. This of course helps greatly on missions, or random gunfights with enemy gangs or the cops.

The Stuntplane is probably the worst plane to fly in the game. It's handing is way over-responsive and you'll find yourself spinning around rather than turning slightly to change direction.

Most of these vehicles only spawn in certain locations while they are required on the current list at Easter Basin Docks. If you're not on the right list, chances are the vehicle won't spawn there.

Each save house has a Wardrobe where you will find all of Carl's Purchased and Unlocked clothing. Entering this will allow you to change clothes and add or remove extra items. You will also find a Save Icon in each house which allows you to save your progress. Some houses have garages outside.

The game was delayed a week to allow Rockstar Games additional time to test the game for bugs. What a waste of time that was. Granted, there doesn't appear to be many serious bugs in the game, but a lot of the smaller, simpler stuff hasn't even been noticed.
