'Banjo-Kazooie' or 'Banjo-Tooie'? Quiz

Mumbo does no transformations in "Banjo-Tooie". Our heroes become a termite in Mumbo's Mountain, an alligator in Bubblegloop Swamp, and a walrus in Freezeezy Peak. They can also transform into a pumpkin in Mad Monster Mansion and a bee in Click Clock Wood. Humba Wumba does all the transformations in "Banjo-Tooie".

The sky level is Cloud Cuckooland. Just as its name suggests, this level is anything but normal. Some of the tasks in Cloud Cuckooland include finding puzzle pieces in a huge block of cheese and a jelly castle, defeating slimy germs in an oversized trash can, and walking across a rainbow to a pot of gold.

After Mumbo turns Banjo and Kazooie into an alligator, walk through the nose of the giant crocodile below Mumbo's hut. There you will find Mr. Vile, who will challenge you to a game. In the first round, you must eat the most red Yumblies. The second round is the same, only you have to avoid the yellow Grumblies.

In the third round, you eat whichever creature appears on the screen. If you win all three rounds, Mr. Vile will give you a puzzle piece.

One of my favorite worlds in "Banjo-Kazooie" is Click Clock Wood. It is almost like four levels in one, the four levels being spring, summer, fall, and winter. Most of the tasks in Click Clock Wood are linked between seasons. For example, you release Eyrie the eagle from his egg in the spring.

Then you feed him worms in the summer and fall. In winter, Eyrie is fully grown and gives you a puzzle piece before he migrates.

There are no rainbow Jinjos in either of the two games. In "Banjo-Tooie", the Jinjo families are black, pink, yellow, blue, green, orange, red, purple, brown, and one white Jinjo. "Banjo-Kazooie" only has green, blue, orange, pink, and yellow Jinjos. In "Banjo-Tooie", you must rescue all the members of a Jinjo family before you get a puzzle piece.

In "Banjo-Kazooie", each level features one of each color. You receive a puzzle piece after you find all five Jinjos.

Klungo is a huge alligator who helps Gruntilda. In "Banjo-Kazooie", you can see Klungo if you select "Save and Quit". He is operating the machine to trade Gruntilda's ugliness for Tooty's beauty. Klungo appears many times in "Banjo-Tooie". Banjo and Kazooie have to fight him before they enter the Jinjo village for the first time.

Terry is the main character in the level Terrydactyland. This level is one of the most interesting places in "Banjo-Tooie", complete with dinosaurs, cavemen, and vast jungles.

Fungi Forest is in the game "Donkey Kong 64". All three games are made by the Rare company. Fungi Forest reminds me of Click Clock Wood. In the level, you can switch between day and night settings. There are certain tasks you can perform only in day and some you can do only at night.

You can use the running shoes in both games, but Bottles will teach you how to use them in the first game. You also learn to use the wading boots in "Banjo-Kazooie". In "Banjo-Tooie", you learn about the Claw Clamber boots and Springy Step shoes.
