Jarl Skald is a strong supporter of the Stormcloak Rebellion, and its ambitious leader Ulfric Stormcloak. As far as the Empire is concerned, he loathes it and all Imperials, going so far as to threaten those he believes to be Imperial Spies. Because of this he probably isn't too keen on the Thalmor either.

2. Zaria, a female Redguard living in Falkreath, runs the apothecary in town. What is the name of her store?

Answer: Grave Concoctions

Called, "Grave Concoctions", in relation to the nearby graveyard in town. The Gilded Tomb and The Grave Ingredient are all jokingly alternated from alchemy stores found in Oblivion: "The Gilded Carafe" and "The Main Ingredient".
