Jessup was with Benny when the shooting happened. Swank is just a Tops casino employee. Caesar is leader of Caeaer's legion.

Sloan is a NCR construction site overrun by Death Claws. The Strip is where you'll find your shooter last before you kill him, or join forces with him. Boulder City is were you'll find Jessup trapped by the NCR.

Raul is a follower that you can find at the Black Mountain jail cell. Boone is another follower you can find at Novac, but you must complete his quest first. Arcade Gannon is at the Mormmon Fort in Freeside and you must have a 75 speech to get him.

6. Which army faction is there not a game-ending mission for?

Answer: Boomers

The Boomers just help you with your choice of the three armies. The only way they'll help is helping them with their dream which is lifting the bomber plane from Lake Mead.

7. What gun is the strongest in the game?

Answer: Ailen Blaster

Experimental MIRV isn't even in the game; it's in "Fallout 3". Maria is a 9mm pistol you get from killing Benny. Liberator is what you get from either killing Dead Sea at Nelson or helping him take out Camp Forlom Hope.

8. How do you get to a safehouse of a faction?

Answer: You must be Idolized with them

You can't steal their key because there is never a specific person who has the key. You can't blow them up because you will become Vilified. There is a special quest to help you become Idolized, but sometimes it requires you to do regular quest too.

9. What is the Legend of the Burned Man's real name?

Answer: Joshua Graham

Joshua Graham is in a DLC you can buy, "Honest Hearts". He will explain what happened and how he was burned if you help him out.

10. What do the factions fight over?

Answer: Hoover Dam

The Hoover Dam has power and control to the entire Mojave Wasteland. Having control of the Hoover Dam will make that faction powerful.
