Raine and Laguna are Squall's Biological parents, and as Laguna's surname is Loire. Raine's has to be Leonhart, otherwise where would Squall get his surname from? This is never revealed in the game, so you have to use a process of elimination in order to uncover this one!
This could also be argued as Raine's actual surname, but we have to assume that it's her maiden name, as she marries Laguna at the end of the game, hence her surname changes to Loire at that point.

They are: Laguna Loire and Raine Leonhart, (Squall's Biological parents), Major Caraway and Julia Heartilly, (Rinoa's parents), Ma Dincht, (Zell's foster mother), Matron/Edea, Cid, and the lady in Balamb Garden's Cafeteria. Edea fostered Squall, Zell, Selphie, Quistis, Irvine, Seifer and Ellone in Centra Cape while they were young. Cid can be argued as a foster parent, as he is Edea's husband, and he almost certainly took care of them whilst they were in Balamb Garden.

Rinoa can have 255% if she has the Shooting Star and 100 Triples junctioned, whereas Selphie only needs the Strange Vision, and Squall just needs a Gunblade! Zell is, in fact, the only character in the entire game who can't have 255 hit%!

Interestingly, 100 Meteors will absorb Wind and Earth by 50%! However, Meteor has a much better use: Attack! As you may already know, Meteor is the second best magic in the game for Attack. It also has its uses in Evasion, HP and Magic, but there are better spells for these attributes in every case!

I said acquire, not draw! You can acquire Tornadoes by refining Abyss Worm Cards into Windmills using the ability 'Card-Mod', and then refining the Windmills into 20 Tornadoes each using the ability 'T-Mag-RF'. The earliest point that you can DRAW Tornadoes would be in Lalapalooza Canyon from a Stage 3 Thrustaevis.

This early, Tornado is best used on either the Attack, HP or Magic slots, depending on how you play. However, you'll want to junction it to your Evasion when it's available!

It is physically impossible, unless the 'Elemental', 'Same' or 'Plus' rules are in play!. Both the Squall and Seifer cards have the exact same numbers in opposite places on their cards. They are both perfectly evenly matched (despite Seifer wanting to be superior)!

The Fake President himself isn't actually undead! He only becomes undead after morphing into Gerogero! The easiest way to kill an undead monster is to use life or recovery things on it, like Phoenix Downs and Hi-Potions. If you don't have these (which you really should), you can also use Fire or Holy magic on them. All undead creatures are weak against these three things!

You only get two chances to see this awesome move. On the Dollet Mission, and against him in Lunatic Pandora. Seifer can use his Limit Break when his HP is at 84% or lower, whereas everyone else has to wait until they are down to 25% to use their Limit Break (unless they're in Aura)!

Surprising, I know. It defends against Zombie, Curse, and other un-holy ailments! The earliest point that you can draw Holy is from a Stage 3 Diablos, although this isn't recommended, as Diablos is extremely hard to defeat, especially when you're drawing Holies from him!

These items can only be stolen from Stage 3 Bombs extremely rarely. You can also refine them from 100 Bomb Fragments, but that would take just as long! Kamikaze is just as gruesome as its name suggests. The user sacrifices him/herself to kill way over the usual 9,999 HP damage. My personal record is 37,146!

They are: Malboro, Forbidden, Creeps, Grand Mantis, Tri-Face and the Imp. You get the highest number from Malboro, but Forbidden are the most likely to drop them.

Curse Spikes have multiple uses:
1 will refine into a remedy using 'Med-RF'
1 will refine into 10 Pains using 'Stat-Mag-RF'
They teach Quistis the Limit Break ability 'LV? Death'
100 will refine into an infamous Dark Matter, which has several uses itself...
They can also be used for weapon upgrades, for example, Selphie's Strange Vision.

If you hold down the X button after Squall swings his gunblade (or at the very start of the battle), the chances of Odin appearing increase by 30%! This trick also works for Gilgamesh when you acquire him at the end of Disc 3, in Lunatic Pandora, as long as you have Odin at this point.

There are the sixteen junctionable GF's: Shiva, Quetzacotl, Ifrit, Siren, Leviathan, Brothers, Carbuncle, Diablos, Pandemona, Cerberus, Alexander, Tonbery, Cactuar, Bahamut, Eden and Doomtrain.

Also, there are four GF's that cannot be junctioned: Odin, Gilgamesh, Phoenix, Boko, the baby Chocobo and Griever, Ultimecia's GF.

All this together makes 21.

Answer: Healing Ring

The Healing Ring teaches 'Recover' to a GF. Whispers can only be acquired by killing or mugging the rare Adamantoise (found on beaches near Dollet). A Whisper also teaches Quistis the amazing Limit Break Ability 'White Wind'!

Adamantoises are also useful for acquiring adamantines, necessary for the Ergheiz, Strange Vision and Lionheart.
