Just like the previous chapter, all the Ronso at the entrance are in need of answers. The answers given here have just as much political importance as the ones from the previous chapter. Just like the previous chapter, answering incorrectly will lead to a harder boos fight in chapter 3, but also more experience for winning.

There are two difference ways to get the the hot springs in chapter two. Either way, you get the syndicate uniform if you complete the mission correctly. The other syndicate uniform are located on Bikanel Island and the Djose Highroad.

Kimahri does hand the Trainer dressphere over in chapter 3, but only if you answer his concerns correctly. Garik's questions only alter the boss fight with him in this chapter. This dressphere differs from most of the others as each of the girls have a different set of attacks, and a different amount of AP needed to master the dressphere.

If you answered the Ronso concerns positively, only one Ronso youth will accompany him. Otherwise, two will be with him during the battle. As previously mentioned, two Ronso youth will give more experience, but it will also give a tougher battle.

It doesn't matter here whether or not you succeed in stopping Garik story completion-wise. None of the commsphere transmissions from the gate have any completion point except one that is always viewable. That scene is with Kimahri, which changes slightly depending on whether or not you stop Garik's uprising in the previous chapter.

Many of the commsphere transmissions are humorous and most of them count towards completion points. The scenes range from Clasko bathing with a Chocobo to a group of Hypello's dancing in the water, to one of the missing cactuars popping up. All the scenes are viewable at any time during chapter 4.

Kimahri wins the fight. He also delivers a rousing speech that even Garik takes to heart. There is nothing else of importance on the mountain except some conversation with the resident Ronso.
