This is a Luigi Gotorelli mission, "Pump-Action Pimp", given to Claude from his club, "Sex Club 7" in the Red Light District. The Diablo pimp was pushing his girls on his turf, so he sent Claude to waste him.

Answer: To prove to Yakuza leader Asuka Kasen that his ties with the Mafia were truly broken

Asuka Kasen mission "Sayonara Salvatore" is the first mission on Staunton Island, given to Claude Speed from her condo in Newport. She claims that before they could continue any form of relationship, Claude had to prove his ties with the Mafia are truly broken, by assassinating Salvatore Leone. Although I'm sure he would have been thinking a little about revenge too.

Answer: Salvatore Leone - Curly Bob was believed to be squealing to the Colombian Cartel, and Claude found he was, so he killed him

The Salvatore Leone mission "Cutting the Grass" is given to Claude Speed from Salvatore's Gentlemen's Club in Portland Beach. The Colombian Cartel have known everything the Leones are going to do before they do it, so Salvatore suspects a rat. He says that Curly Bob has been spending more money than he earns, so he sends Claude to follow him around. Claude follows his taxi to the Portland Harbour, where Claude witnesses Curly Bob telling Catalina and Miguel everything about the Leones' position. This is the first mission to personally feature Catalina, and one of the only three.

The other two are Donald Love mission "Grand Theft Aero" and the final mission "The Exchange".

Answer: Donald Love

In the Donald Love mission "A Drop in the Ocean", given to Claude from Love Media in Bedford Point, Love sends Claude to pick up 6 packages being dropped into the ocean by a Dodo before the police can get to them first. It is revealed later that they were a decoy, leading to the second appearance of Catalina.

Answer: Robbing a bank with Catalina

In the introduction scene, we see Claude, Catalina and an unknown accomplice run out of a bank, where Catalina shoots Claude and the accomplice and drives away with Miguel. 8-Ball said that the convoy was the one that had been ambushed by the Colombian Cartel, when the Callahan Bridge was destroyed. He also said that Claude had helped him escape.

Answer: Catalina

Ransom is a cutscene at the construction site in Fort Staunton. Claude goes up the tower, and finds Asuka and Miguel dead. He finds a note from Catalina saying that she's kidnapped Maria and to bring a large sum of money to the villa in Cedar Grove, leading up to the final mission.

Answer: Breaking a Yakuza Kanbu out of custody

This is Kanbu Bust-Out, given to Claude by Kenji Kasen from his casino in Torrington. He steals a police car and rigs it with a bomb, before going to the police station and blowing up the wall, and driving the Kanbu to a dojo with the police on his tail.

Answer: D-Ice - He was shooting at the Purple Nines of the Southside Hoods.

The mission Uzi Money is given to Claude by D-Ice from the payphone in Wichita Gardens, Shoreside Vale. The Nines are a branch of the Southside Hoods that have no respect for the ghetto, and only have guns and SPANK on their minds. D-Ice tells him to drive-by the Nines in the neighbourhood.

Answer: Ray Machowski

The mission Plaster Blaster is given to Claude Speed by Ray Machowski from the toilet block at Belleville Park. Leon McAffrey, the ex-partner of Ray Machowski who was supposed to be killed by Claude, somehow survived and is being transported to the police station in an ambulance. Claude rams the ambulance, then kills McAffrey through the armoured body cast he is in.

Answer: Catalina

While each of these people were murdered by Claude, Catalina was the one in a chopper above the Cochrane Dam. At Cedar Grove, Catalina, who has kidnapped Maria, strips Claude of his weapons, takes the money and leaves with Maria, ordering one of the Cartel gangsters to kill Claude. Claude punches the man dead and leaves the villa yard.

A chopper with Catalina and Maria flies away. Claude follows it to the Cochrane Dam. Maria gets off and is guarded by a group of Cartel members. Claude fights his way through, and manages to get to Maria.

He finally shoots down the chopper with a rocket launcher, and he and Maria leave the dam. Moments later, a shot is heard, but is unknown who was shot and who by.
