While Geodude's best stat is indeed its Defense, Geoudude's stats aren't as lopsided as Onix's. Geodude's Attack would be much higher, but its Defense and Speed would be lower.

Chansey holds the lowest Attack and Defense stats and the second highest HP, behind its evolution Blissey, of all Pokemon. The three incorrect Pokemon would have much higher Attack and Defense stats and a much lower HP stat at the levels they are at, although Jigglypuff's HP is still very high.
