This castle is named Castle Oblivion because the further you progress throughout it the more your memory blanks out and disappears, only destroying yourself. The hooded man in black in the beginning was Axel, and he was the one who said this to Sora and his friends as soon as they entered the castle.

Axel says this in the beginning to Sora, right after he said that he was talking about his memory. Its not like it is going to stay in his memory if they stay longer in Castle Oblivion.

Axel had to say this to Sora when you entered Castle Oblivion. He tells you how to use your deck of cards and how to get them to reload is only if Sora remembers his memories and puts faith into them.

The number of cards to a deck are changeable throughout the game if you press start and press "Review Decks". There are only 99 cards to each deck and there are three decks to start with (not like you get more). You can add or remove or just review the deck. You can also rename the deck if you want and equip/unequip it.

Larxene is the only girl in the Organization, and most people think that Marluxia is also female but that's not true. Just look at their picture.

Answer: control him to overthrow the Organization

Marluxia, the Organization's lord of Castle Oblivion, hoped to control Sora to overthrow Organization XIII using Namin�'s power to alter his memories. During this time, Zexion and Lexaeus seek to counter Marluxia using Riku as their pawn (to replicate him).

Answer: to help them regain the memories they lost in the castle.

Namin� wanted to help Sora and Donald and Goofy regain their memories that they forgot during the castle. Even though they would remember everything they forgot,
they would still forget the events that transpired in the castle.

I hope you did not fall for the Realm of Darkness selection because he had just transported out of there and is fighting his personal demons as he battles upward from the basement levels of Castle Oblivion.
