There is the moving AC130, Precision Airstrike, Chopper Gunner, UAV, Harrier Strike, EMP, Care Package, Tactical Nuke, Stealth Bomber, Pave Low, Emergency Airdrop, Attack Helicopter, Counter-UAV, Predator Missile, and Sentry Gun emblem all located on Page 5. That's fifteen.

The last three moving emblems include the spinning "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" 10th prestige emblem, the spinning "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" 10th prestige emblem, and the spinning "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" star. That is eighteen total moving emblems.

All of these emblems with skull(s) on them include: the Riot Shield emblem, the emblem of Ghost, TF141 emblem, the pirate flag emblem, the regular skull face emblem, the x-ray emblem, the black skull emblem, the pirate skull emblem, the Team Deathmatch (team player) skull emblem, painkiller emblem (if you look very closely you'll see a skull), the spinning 10th prestige emblem, the pink skull emblem, the silent skull emblem, the regular 10th prestige emblem, and the blue circle with a skull emblem.

When getting 100 one-shot kills with sniper rifles, you're camoflauged in an Urban camo ghillie suit. This soldier is dressed in an Urban ghillie suit. Therefore, we do not know whether if it's an OpFor soldier, US Army soldier, etc, etc...

The Spetsnaz are the only elite group on "Modern Warfare 2" to be dressed in white. The US Army Rangers and OpFor are not dressed at all for winter environments, so it can't be them. The Navy SEALs are dressed properly for snowy environments, but they dress in black instead of white like the drivers of the snowmobiles.

A juggernaut is hiding behind a Riot Shield for the Stopping Power Pro emblem. A man standing with a handgun alone is the symbol for nothing. A One Man Army pack is what you use to switch classes. That is what One Man Army is used for. Therefore, the symbol is an arm flexing it's muscles.
