Answer: Sindel

Sinder was introduced in "Mortal Kombat 3".
Shang Tsung was the boss of the original "Mortal Kombat", and is a playable kharacter in "Mortal Kombat II", the the boss slot being filled by Shao Kahn.
Smoke is a hidden character, and can be challenged if you're lucky and have quick reflexes.
Sonya only shows up in Kahn's Courtyard, along with Kano, captive and chained up.

Answer: Shao Kahn

Shao Kahn is the final boss. The mini-boss preceeding him is Kintaro.
Shang Tsung was the boss of the original "Mortal Kombat", preceeded by Goro, whom Kintaro resemples. Shang Tsung is a playable kharacter and not a boss in "Mortal Kombat II".
Jade is a hidden kharacter, not a boss.

Answer: Reptile

Johnny Cage has the "Torso Rip", "Uppercut Decapitation" and "3-Head Uppercut Decapitation" Fatalities.
Shang Tsung has the "Soul Steal", "Body Explosion" and "Kintaro Morph" Fatalities.
Scorpion has the "Spear Slice", "Flame Breath" and "Toasty Flame Breath" Fatalities.
Reptile only has two fatalities, the "Reptile Tongue" and "Invisible Slice" Fatalities.

Answer: The Armoury

In "The Pit II", kharacters can be uppercutted onto the stone ground far below.
"The Dead Pool" hosts a pool of acid which kharacters can be knocked into.
"The Kombat Tomb" hosts ceiling spikes which can suspend uppercutted victims.
The Armoury has no Stage Fatality, although it was rumored that kharacters could be knocked onto the visible weapons.
Some other (false) Stage Fatality rumors include the presence of such a move in "The Living Forest" and the use of the foreground hook as such a device in "The Dead Pool".

Answer: Baraka

Scorpion can perform a teleport punch, Mileena can perform a teleport drop-kick, and Kung Lao has a fairly straightforward teleportation move, which sends him into the air opposite the opponent.
Baraka can't teleport at all.

Answer: Jade

If you win a single round of the match preceding said emblem, you are allowed to fight against Jade for one match. She is rather difficult, as she moves very quickly, her throws are tough to avoid, and she is completely immune to all projectile attacks.

Answer: Liu Kang

Liu Kang has a Fatality in which he morphs into a dragon and devours the upper half of the opponent.
In "Mortal Kombat 3", each kharacter has the ability to more into one animal and perform a Fatality on the opponent. The animals are pre-selected for each kharacter.

Answer: Jax

Jax is able to rip the opponent's arms off as one of his Fatalities.
As his second Fatality, he crushes the opponent's head with his hands, causing it to explode.

Answer: Run

The run button was not introduced until "Mortal Kombat 3", along with the kombo system. The available buttons are: high and low punch, high and low kick, block, and the d-pad.
