The Terran Dropship can only be built if you have a Control Tower attached to the Starport. The Terran Dropship is a excellent unit for picking up and dropping off units that don't move fast such as Tanks. The Dropship is a very useful unit. I would suggest getting one.

The Ghost can only be built if you have a Academy and a Science Facility with a Covert Ops attached to it, then you can build a Ghost at the Barracks. The Ghost has many abilities like Lockdown, Cloaking Field, and the Ghost can use a nuke to do a lot of damage. First you would need to have a nuke though. All the Ghost's abilities can be upgraded at the Covert Ops.

It would be a great idea to upgrade them.

The Siege Tank can only be made if you have a Machine Shop attached to your Factory, then you can make a Siege Tank at a Factory. You can upgrade Siege Mode for the Siege Tank at the Machine Shop. This ability is really the only reason the Siege Tank is useful. It can shoot at enemies from far away when in Siege Mode.
