Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which is Colette's chosen number (in Sylvarant only)?

Answer: 7

When you see Remiel in the Martel Temple, he says that he is to guide Colette, the seventh chosen, to the Tower of Salvation. You would think Colette would be chosen a little later considering how many coffin-things are in the Tower of Salvation.
2. What is Marble's identification number?

Answer: #F192

This informaion is given early in the game, when Forcystus is telling the people of Iselia what crimes Lloyd Irving has committed. Genis and Lloyd then have to battle the Exebula (Marble) and are banished.
3. How many treasure chests are located on the Sylvarant World Map?

Answer: Eleven

First is an EX Gem Lv.1, near the Iselia House of Salvation. Second is a Lemon Gel near Izoold. There is an EX Gem Lv.2 near Palmacosta and a Magic Mist near Hakonesia Peak. An EX Gem Lv.2 and a Technical Ring are near the Tower of Mana, and there's a Red Savory and Strike Ring by the Balacruf Mausoleum. Energy Tablets are near Katz Village, and Red Sage is near the Tower of Salvation. Lastly there is an All-Divide on an island northeast of Palmacosta.
4. Which of these characters was not born in Sylvarant?

Answer: Genis

Colette, being the Chosen in Sylvarant was obviously born in Sylvarant. Lloyd was born when Kratos and Anna were escaping from Cruxis in Sylvarant. Genis was born in Heimdall, which is in Tethe'alla.
5. How many recipes can you learn in Sylvarant?

Answer: Eight

The eight recipes are Risotto, Cabbage Roll, Rice Ball, Miso Stew, Meat Stew, Seafood Stew, and Paella. You can only get Paella by talking to the chef in Asgard with Reagl as the onscreen avatar after Heimdall is destroyed.
6. What is Anna's identification number?

Answer: #A012

Kvar is the first to say this when everyone gets stuck in his base, and Sheena uses a guardian to escape. He says that he wasn't the one who killed Anna, #A012, but instead it was Lloyd's father. Coincidentally, it is Kratos who scolds Kvar for mocking Lloyd's parents.
7. What was the first dream Lloyd wanted to complete after regenerating the world?

Answer: Build a boat and travel Sylvarant

The answer to this question is partially hidden. The only place he tells about his dream to travel Sylvarant on a boat is in an overworld skit (the light ring things) with Kratos near Luin. In the skit he asks Kratos how much he makes as a mercenary. He then tells Kratos his dream.
8. Who is the only person in Sylvarant that loans money for a job? (NOTE: This is the only money loaner mentioned in the game, probably not the only one in Sylvarant.)

Answer: Lyla

Lyla, the person you thought was in love with the pirate Aifread, actually loaned about a hundred million gald to him, and she wants it back. Frank is Colette's real father and Aisha is the ritual dancer at Asgard. As far as I know, Arnold isn't a character in "Tales of Symphonia".
9. Which Dwarven Vows are listed in the book 'Dwarven Vows'?

Answer: Numbers 1, 2, 4, 7

In the upstairs room of the shop Cocao runs in Palmacosta is the book entitled 'Dwarven Vows'. The four are "Dwarven Vow #1: Let's all work together for the sake of a peaceful world"; "Dwarven Vow #2: Never abandon someone in need"; "Dwarven Vow #4: Don't depend on others. Walk on your own two legs"; and lastly "Dwarven Vow #7: Goodness and love will always win"; the one everyone should know.
10. If you add the price of every inn in Sylvarant, multiply it by the number of Summon Spirits you meet for the first time in Sylvarant, and add it to the total HP of every Desian Grand Cardinal battled in Sylvarant at normal battle mode, what number do you get?

Answer: 94,290

The Houses of Salvation combine to equal 400, Triet's inn costs 100, Izoold's costs 120, Palmacosta's costs 200, Luin's costs 300, Hima's costs 240, Asgard's three inns cost a total of 900, and Kat'z Village costs 50. Add that together and you get your first figure of 2,310. Next are the Summon Spirits first met in Sylvarant: Corrine, Undine, Efreet, Sephie, Yutis, Fairess, Luna, Aska, and Verius. Multiply 2,310 by 9 and you get 20,790. Magnius has 8,500, Kvar has 10,000, Rodyle has 35,000, and Forcystus has 20,000. Add these together and you get 73,500. Adding this to your number of 20,790 and you get a final answer of 94,290.
