1. How many playable chracters can you [at least once in the game] play as?

Answer: 9

There are a total of 9 characters you can play as. They are Lloyd, Genis, Colette, Kratos, Sheena, Zelos, Presea, Regal and Raine. Kratos can be kept at the end of the game by choosing him over Zelos in the Flanoir scenes.

2. What is the name of the spell that Genis learns from Crowley?

Answer: Meteor Storm

You will be eligible to learn this move after obtaining the Derris Emblem. After getting the emblem, go back to Heimdall and speak with Crowley.

3. At which point in the game do Lloyd, Genis, Kratos, Collete, and Raine get their defensive shields?

Answer: Triet Ruins

Kratos teaches them this move for everyone on their way into the Triet Ruins. This will be an event that occurs after the monster fight as you enter the ruins.

4. Who is the "traitor" of the game and can come back into the party depending on your choice in a skit?

Answer: Kratos Aurion

Kratos can only come back when Lloyd says upon Zelos something important after the Flanoir scenes. If you don't have a good relationship with Kratos, then reject the first 3 members of your party.

5. Kilia is a servant of Rodyle.

Answer: False

Kilia is a servant of Lord Pronyma. You will learn this before the fight with Kilia. Rodyle has no servants.

6. Disgarding the Dark weapons, what is Lloyd's strongest weapon you can obtain?

Answer: Kusangagi Blade

The Kusangagi Blade can be gotten after the third fight with Sword Dancer. You can fight the first one anytime before the first trip to the Tower of Salvation in Ossa Trail. The second one can be found in Gaoracchia Forest until the trip back to Sylvarant. The last one can be found right before Dirk's house in Iselia Forest. These MUST be done in order.

7. Who is the person who gets a title after you beat Abyssion?

Answer: Presea

After the fight with Abbysion, Presea obtains the title of Empty Soul. This title boosts every one of her stats.

8. Near Gaoracchia Forest, what is the name of the rare monster lurking in the area?

Answer: Drake

Drake may take some time to look for. It will appear as a big monster in the field. Drake can also be found at the Meltokio Coliseum in advanced mode at the 3rd level.

9. Marble was an old person in the Iselia Ranch. After she becomes a monster, what does it call her in the Monster List?

Answer: Exbelua

In the monster list, it states that Marble transformed was named Exbelua. This monster will be fought at the beginning of the game.

10. What are Raine and Genis Sage?

Answer: Half-elves

Genis and Raine Sage received only half their elven blood. They were born in Heimdall though, and was sent to Sylvarant through the Otherworldly Gate.
