Each turtle has their own special ability. Donatello can work computer consoles, Leonardo can damage things just by using the dash attack, Raphael can move giant rocks and boulders, and Michelangelo can fly through the air. These are just their main abilities!

On the way down, you have to make sure you have a lot of Shuriken on you to use on the Venus Flytraps [about 30]. If you manage to kill all three of them on the way down the elevator, some platforms will appear after you get off the elevator that allow you to hop to the antique.

It takes a lot of practice to get 8000 points on these levels. Besides the antique, other prizes available are bonus material, a doppelganger, and a piece of crystal.

The turtles visit all of the areas listed in the question, but the first place they are carried off to is Planet Zero, a distant region covered in snow. Planet Zero also introduces some giant monsters that you should avoid rather than fight.

Professor Honeycutt was in a freak accident, transforming his mind into the robot that came to be known as Fugitoid. The Federation, headed by General Blanque, and the Triceratons, headed by Prime Leader Zanramon, both want Fugitoid so he can build them a weapon to wipe out the entire universe.

Mortu takes the turtles into a virtual reality world known as Ancient Feudal Japan. Mortu explains how his ship crashed to earth thousands of years ago and how his clan had to fight for survival.

Slashuur was a mercenary who debuted in this game as a hired member of the Triceratons, but quit and was hired by Shredder. When the turtles told Slashuur of Shredder, he remembered what Shredder had done to his family. Then it was revealed that Slashuur was an Utrom, and so was Shredder.

You face Ultimate Ninja first in "Episode 8-1: Park". You then face him twice on the bridge in "Episode 8-2: Bridge". The fourth and final battle is the big battle on top of the bridge in the same episode.

Dr. Stockman does plant the bomb that begins to bring Leatherhead's home down, but Leatherhead decides to stay and die with his transmat chamber. Leatherhead had the choice to escape, but he didn't. He let his own life end because without the transmat chamber, he couldn't be with his family, the Utroms, who adopted him as a child.

In Episode "9-1: Mean Streets", the turtles must take out a number of Foot Clan fighters, Mobsters, and Purple Dragons. Nowhere in New York City is the Federation. They were on Planet D'Hoonnib.

The first boss that is excluded from this game is the Ice Bear. In fact, the entire snow level, which was after the sewer level, is gone. Dr. Stockman in fly form is gone from the parking lot level. Instead, now you must face both Rocksteady and B'Bop at the same time.

The third boss that is missing is the Samarai Ninja in the dojo stage right before you enter the Technodrome. The dojo stage is missing altogether. The arcade game is still fun to play, though.

Footmech Splinter looks and acts just like the real Master Splinter. He is found in "Episode 9-3: Sewers". The Elite Foot Guards are scattered throughout Episode 11, there is no Super Slashuur at all, and the Nano Monster was from the first "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" game.

Each of the seven episodes in The Freighter Kurriyama have bosses. The first four have Elite Foot Guards, one in each. The Weapons Depot has Hun, the Freighter Bridge has Karai, and of course, the final episode has Shredder.

After Super Shredder is defeated, he rises, slashes Zog in the back, and announces that all who cross him are fated to perish. That's when Zog stands back up, gets Shredder in a bearhug, and jumps into the fire, killing himself and Shredder in the process. Of course, Shredder will probably find a way to come back to life as he always does.

After Slashuur gets the turtles off the sinking freighter and Slashuur says he'll see the turtles in the Battle Nexus, they all leave, but then the water is shown, and a glass vile rises with a brain in it. Dr. Stockman then announces, "You fools! I am still alive!"
