This is the very first weapon you can steal but other weapons can be obtained earlier. This weapon is for Aeris and gives her quite a dramatic strength boost at this point in the game. If you are using Aeris in your main party you should definitely attempt to steal this weapon for her (I steal it even if I am not using her) as you will not get a stronger weapon for her until you reach Cosmo Canyon, where you can buy her the Prism Staff or obtain the Wizer Staff from the Cave of the Gi.

This is the final weapon you can steal for one of your characters in Midgar. This weapon is stolen off the third soldier enemy in the Shinra Headquarters Building and is the strongest weapon for Cloud until the team reach Junon. In Junon you can get the Force Stealer Sword if you impress President Rufus enough before he boards the boat. If you fail to obtain it here however (you should have little problem getting it this way though), you can buy it in North Corel.

Answer: Carbon Bangle

You can steal this armour from the Moth Slasher enemy and, again, this is the best armour for your characters at this point in in the game. If you decide to not steal it, the first place you can obtain it is in the Costa Del Sol from a man in the pub who is selling them.

As for the Mythril Bangle, you may have bought some of these for your characters already from the shop in Wall Market (when Red XIII joins your party, he is already equipped with one). The first Silver Armlet is gained from Barret's battle with Dyne. Vincent comes equipped with one but you can buy them from Cosmo Canyon before you meet Vincent. Crystal Bangles are sold in the shop in Mideel later on in the game.

Answer: Atomic Scissors

This weapon is stolen from the Custom Sweeper enemy just outside Midgar (this also happens to be the first enemy in the game that has an Enemy Skill ability in the form of Mantra Magic). He cannot get a stronger weapon after this until he reaches Cosmo Canyon where you can buy him the Heavy Vulcan. Stealing this weapon is a much better option than dropping 900 Gil on the Cannon Ball in the Kalm weapon shop as it is cheaper and the weapon is stronger.

The Enemy Launcher can be found in the Shinra Mansion and can be bought from Junon on Disc 2.

The Chainsaw can only be bought in Wutai.

Answer: Grand Glove

The enemy Madouge holds this weapon for Tifa and it will also be her best weapon for her until Cosmo Canyon where you can buy her the Tiger Fang. The Metal Knuckle is the first stronger weapon for Tifa and you can buy this from Wall Market in Midgar. The Mythril Claw can be bought from the Shop in Kalm and a shop in Junon. The Dragon Claw weapon can only be bought from Icicle Inn.

Answer: Boomerang

In this area where Yuffie can be found, you will find yourself pitted against enemies known as Cappawires and Formulas. The Formula is a blue bird and you can steal this weapon from this enemy. The Wind Slash is in a chest on the Shinra Boat and the Razor Ring is bought in Wutai.

Answer: Shinra Beta

This piece of armour is not a bad piece of armour and I usually swap it for my Carbon Bangles my characters are wearing at this point, but this is personal choice. This piece of armour can be a very difficult steal so if you are going to attempt obtaining this item this way you may have to be patient.

It is possible to win this piece of armour later in the game from soldiers you encounter when you are hijacking the Submarine at the Underwater Reactor in Junon, but by this point you will more than likely have stronger armour equipped.

The weapon is called the Diamond Pin not the Diamond Clip. As for stealing it from the Bagnarada enemy, that is true. You can obtain this weapon earlier by buying it from the weapon shop in Junon.

Answer: Platinum Bangle

This enemy can be encountered shortly before the Boss battle with Dyne in the Corel Prison. It also has the Laser Enemy Skill too.

Answer: Gold Armlet

This is the strongest piece of armour you can obtain for quite a while. If you decide not to steal it (the Dragon is a powerful enemy so you may wish to skip these battles if you characters are not strong enough) you can buy them shortly after going through Mt Nibel from Rocket Town.

Answer: Adaman Bangle

This enemy is not too difficult to defeat so stealing is not a problem. This enemy also has another Enemy Skill you can learn too. As for the bangle, at this point in the game if you already have a Gold Armlet then this bangle is not good as a replacement but you could always sell it for some cash if you stole one.

Answer: Water Ring

You can actually obtain a Water Ring before you meet this enemy. You can open a chest containing one on the way to the City of the Ancients. This can be a very useful accessory for the upcoming Boss fight against Jenova Life. The ring drains Water attacks and all Jenova Life's attacks are water based so if you equip a character with this, they will be practically invincible in this fight.

Answer: Circlet

Snow can be found as a random encounter, but there is one place in the Great Glacier where you will get a definite battle against her. When you reach the Great Glacier if you head to the far East side of the map you will find a Hot Spring. If you approach the Spring you have the option to 'touch it'.

After touching the Hot Spring you must travel to the main area filled with endless snow (this is all shown on the map you took from Icicle Inn) and head for the centre by placing landmarks to keep track of which direction you are heading in. Soon you will reach a cave which you should enter. Exit the cave and start heading East as soon as you exit and keep going until you exit this area. Continue in through the next couple of screens (still heading East) until you find a mountain with an entrance in it. Enter this cave and approach the woman in there.

She will shout at you by saying, "How dare you touch me with the same hand that touched that filthy Hot Spring! I'll never forgive you!" You will then be forced into a battle with her. You can use this battle to steal a Circlet as well but for beating her you also get the cool Alexander Summon Materia.

It is also possible to steal it from the Ochu enemy and the Ultimate Weapon when battling it in the air but stealing it from Snow is your first chance to get one. The Circlet increases your Magic and Spirit stats by 30 points.

The Eagle Gun can be quite a tough enemy to defeat if you don't know how to approach the battle. It is weak against the Thunder element so using Bolt 3 and the Trine Enemy Skill (if you have these spells at your disposal) will end the battle quickly. Obviously depending on how much time you have left (there is a ten minute time limit during this mission) stealing may not be the best idea but this is the only way to obtain this piece of armour during the game.

The Warrior Bangle, when equipped, will boost your strength by 20 points.

Answer: W Machine Gun

This steal would probably be pointless by this point in the game as it is highly likely that Barret will have a much stronger weapon than this at his disposal (the Atomic Scissors which you can steal for him outside Midgar are more powerful than this weapon).

The only benefit you would get from stealing it would be a small amount of Gil for selling it. The Drill arm can be picked up from a chest in Cid's house in Rocket Town or bought from Junon in Disc 2 or 3. The Max Ray is found in the Midgar Underground and the Missing Score is Barret's Ultimate Weapon and can be picked up on your way to fight Hojo (Barret must be in your party for the weapon to be obtained) in Midgar near the end of Disc 2.

Answer: Shinra Alpha

The Shinra Alpha can also be stolen from a Soldier when you are in Midgar towards the end of Disc 2, but this is the earliest chance you get. The Titan Bangle is gained after defeating the second boss (Airbuster) in the game and can also be purchased in the Sector 5 Slums. The Rune Armlet can only be purchased in Bone Village.

Answer: Tough Ring, Ziedrich, Minerva Band

The Tough Ring gives you a boost of 50 points to both Vitality and Spirit. This item can also be stolen if you fight Reno previously in the Sunken Gelnika ship. The Ziedrich is a piece of armour that is only obtainable through stealing it from Rude here and it gives the wearer a boost of 20 points to Strength and Magic.

It also halves Fire, Ice, Lightning, Earth, Poison, Gravity, Water, Wind, Holy, Cut, Hit, Punch, and Shoot damage. The Minerva Band can be obtained in the Ancient Forest as well as from Elena in this battle, but only female characters can equip this piece of armour which nullifies Fire, Ice, Holy, and Gravity damage.

The Tetra Elemental is an accessory that can be picked up in the Northern Crater or morphed from a Cactuar and absorbs Fire, Ice, Earth and Lightning elemental damage.

Answer: Dragon Armlet

The first way to obtain Dragon Armlets is to win them in battle. You first win one from the Red Dragon Boss in the Temple of the Ancients. Your second chance to do this is in the last cave of Gaea's Cliff just before the Boss fight with the Schizo Twins. If you run around in the small area just before the tunnel where you encounter Schizo, you may bump into a Blue Dragon and this will drop a Dragon Armlet when defeated.

The Dark Dragon is the only enemy you can steal it from. This armour is quite a good piece of armour to wear as it halves Fire, Ice, and Lightning damage.

The Gigas Armlet gives a 30 point bonus to Strength and you can win this from the Demon's Gate boss or steal it from the Gigas enemy. The Mystile has no special effect when equipped but can be found in both Midgar and the Northern Cave.

The Imperial Guard also has no special effect when equipped and can be obtained by either finding it in the Northern Cave or through stealing from the CMD Grand Horn enemy.

Answer: Wizard Bracelet

Before you get the chance to steal this piece of armour, you automatically win one from beating the Jenova Life Boss. It then can also be bought from Mideel. This piece of armour is very good in a couple of ways. It has 8 linked Materia slots and also has a very high level of Magic Defence. Its one drawback is that it has very little defence against physical damage.

The Unknown enemies can be quite strong and dangerous (depending on how early you visit the ship). If you visit at the earliest point, Big Guard or Wall and Regen are lifesavers! Unknown 1 can be relieved of the Fire Armlet (also can be picked up in Gaea's Cliff) allowing the wearer to absorb Fire element attacks. Unknown 2 has the Aurora Armlet (this can also be obtained in the Forgotten City) up for grabs which gives the wearer the ability to absorb Ice based attacks. Unknown 3 has the Bolt Armlet (also obtained in the Corral Valley Caves) armour allowing the wearer to absorb Lightning based attacks.
