The 'Intui-inuit Igloo Site' is much like a bed. Your Sims can actually sleep inside of the igloo rather than stay in a room! It has a comfort rating of 6 and and energy rating of 7, and it only costs $579! The other objects are all fun snow items! The 'Frost Fortress' is used for snowball fights, and it only costs $515 (with a fun value of 4).

The 'Ice Ape Snow Slide' is a large slide made of snow, and it has a fun rating of 8 with a price of $7,439. The most expensive, most fun object is the 'Blaaanko Super Pipe' with a fun rating of 9 and a cost of $8,439.

The 'Blaaanko Super Pipe' is a large snowboarding half-pipe. All of these items should be used for a hotel/lodge on the snowier mountain area of Vacation Island.

The 'Sili-Camp Tent Site' is used in the same way as the 'Intui-inuit Igloo Site'. Both are basically beds for your Sims. It's exactly the same size, and it has the same comfort and energy ratings, but it only costs $499; $80 less than the igloo. You're more likely going to put one of these tents up in the forest-themed areas of Vacation Island anyways.

The 'Keepin' Touch Postal Box' is a must for any hotel/lodge/motel. Not only is extremely cheap at $199 (who cares anyways though, it's free if you're building the place), but it also allows your Sims to recall those precious memories from their vacations. The item only takes up one unit of space, and it should be placed outside near the road.

The 'PhetiShine Curio Cabinet' is the cheaper cabinet at $896, but it's always better to have something that's a little more money. The 'Hedmann Souvenir Cabinet' on the other hand is more of a regal cabinet that would go well with your more expensive living room or dining room arrangements.

The 'Hedmann Souvenir Cabinet' costs $2,000, and it only has a room value of three, but it looks great, and it's obviously built to last. You don't want your souvenirs on an inferior shelf do you? I didn't think so. :p

The 'Redwood Hot Tub' was obviously made for the snowier regions of Vacation Island as well, and it sure is a good way to warm up in that chilly climate. The 'Redwood Hot Tub' doesn't come cheap (at $8,511), but it has a comfort rating of 5. It also has a hygiene rating of 2, and a fun value of 4. Obviously, the product is made of real redwood, so it's perfect for that mountain lodge or wooden cabin retreat that you've always wanted to visit for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities.

The most expensive new light is the 'Crumplebottom Chandelier' costing $445 and it has a room value of 3. The chandelier and hanging light addition was first seen in the previous expansion pack, "Hot Date".
The 'Self-Powered Street Lamp' is the second-most expensive costing $439 ($6 less than the 'Crumplebottom Chandelier'), and since it can only be placed outside, it has no room value.
The other two lamps the 'Vacation Island Light Box' and the 'Midnight Bison Table Lamp' are considerably less money, and both have a room value of 1.
