The villain SHODAN is depicted as a female form of artificial intelligence. Her voice is notable throughout the game as she stutters and her voice changes. She is able to turn other characters into mutants and cyborgs or kill them at the behest of her hacker. While I am using the term "she" the exact gender of this villain is not known for sure, as SHODAN was originally described as male and progressed into a female. Most visual depictions are feminine.

He is the primary antagonist of Princess Zelda and Link.

She appears slightly different in each game and appears to be a biological computer in charge of defense operations. She battles the protagonist Samus Aran. Her ability to regenerate is probably her greatest weapon.
