Answer: Death Smiles

"Mary the Giant Cow" is exactly that. An enormous cow head that appears on the left side of the screen and fires purple bullets at the player, surrounded by giant cubes.

Mary is the boss found at the end of stage C-1. If you defeat the cow, you earn the achievement "Boss Milking".

"Death Smiles" (2007) is a "Bullet Hell" shoot-em-up game from the Japanese company Cave. It was released as an arcade game in 2007 and recoded for the Xbox 360 in April 2009. The other games were also released by Cave. "Ibara" (2005), "Akai Katana: (2010) and "Muchi Muchi Pork" (2007) are similar "Bullet Hell" shooters.
2. When you battle the cows in the "secret cow level" in "Diablo II" what kind of weapons are the cows carrying?

Answer: Polearms

The cows carry polearms, a large battle axe. And they are not your normal cows, they are Hell Bovines. And there are huge numbers of them on this level, it looks like the Chicago Stockyards. The level was popular because the cows are relatively easy to kill in large numbers, so you can gain lots of points and level up. And the cows moo pretty much non-stop during the level.

How to reach the "Secret Cow Level": Convert a town portal tome and Wirt's Leg (via the Horadic Cube), while standing in the Rogue Encampment, after receiving quest credit for killing Baal (LoD) or Diablo (Classic).

"Diablo II" is a hack and slash game designed by Blizzard Entertainment, and released in June 2000. It was designed for PC and Mac computers.

The flying cow is a classic example of the "Brick Joke" trope in which an object is introduced near the start of a story and then returns at the conclusion. Talking cows also congratulate players at the end of levels in "Earthworm Jim".

Earthworm Jim was developed by Shiny Entertainment and Playmates Interactive in 1994, and released by Sega in 1994. The hero is an earthworm named Jim (duh) who battles evil in a robotic suit. It was designed by prolific Irish game designer David Perry.

In "Earthworm Jim 2" there is a segment called "Udderly Addicted" in which you must rescue cows from aliens.

The other three games were also designed by David Perry: "MDK" in 1997, "Wild 9" in 1998 and "Messiah" in 2000.

Answer: Brahmin

The cattle are called Brahmin. They have two heads as a radioactive mutation. Brahmin are extremely useful in the game, as beasts of burden and for stampedes. Bovine droppings make fertilizer and can be burned, and the fumes can create narcotic drugs. Brahmin hides have a wide variety of uses as clothing and shelter. The name "Brahmin" was actually deleted from the game in India due to religious sensibilities.

Slags are mutant humans that live underground. Wanamingos are underground mutant creatures that look like robotic lizards.

In "Fallout Tactics" there is a cybernetic Brahmin called the B-1000, which uses cow related phrases based on the "Terminator" films. "Fallout Tactics" also contains "Cows Playing Poker", a riff on the painting "Dogs Playing Poker. Brahmin can also be tipped in versions 2, 3 and New Vegas.

"Fallout" is a role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic California where a war between the United States and China has made things radioactive. The game was originally designed for a PC platform, but later versions were developed for Playstation and Xbox. The first game was released in 1997, "Fallout 2" in 1998, "Fallout Tactics" in 2001, "Fallout 3" in 2008 and "Fallout: New Vegas" in 2010.

"Little King's Story" was designed by Rising Star Games for the Wii console, and was released in 2009. It is a life simulation role playing game played in real time. As a player, you are Corobo, a young boy wearing a magical crown.
