Answer: August Horch

August Horch was an engineer with Benz, before moving on to build his own Horch cars. In 1910 after disagreements with the board, he left to form another car company, calling it Audi, a latin version of his name.
2. Which other company with Audi, Horch and Wanderer formed Auto Union AG in 1932?

Answer: DKW

DKW was founded by J S Rasmussen and became one of the leading motorcycle manufacturers. They also produced a two cylinder car called the DKW Front, a highly popular small car. The four joint companies produced the famous 4 ring emblem, still used on all Audis.
