Answer: Canada

Poutine is a delicious concoction of French fries, gravy and cheese curds, although different regions have different variations. Canada produces more than 80% of the world's maple syrup, with Quebec being the biggest provincial producer. Celine Dion is a Québécoise singer most famous for her hit "My Heart Will Go On" from the movie "Titanic".

While ice hockey and lacrosse are the national sports of Canada, curling is also popular.

Ouzo is a strong liquor made from anise. It is usually served mixed with water to dilute its potency. Feta is a soft cheese made from sheep's milk that is usually found crumbled in salads or soups. Odysseas Elytis is a famous Greek writer who won the 1979 Nobel Prize in Literature "for his poetry, which, against the background of Greek tradition, depicts with sensuous strength and intellectual clear-sightedness modern man's struggle for freedom and creativeness".

The didgeridoo is a traditional Aboriginal instrument that has historically been played by men only but there is a growing interest among women. Dame Edna Everage was a character created by Australian comedian Barry Humphries. "She" began life in the 1950s as a caricature of a typical Melbourne housewife, but developed over the years into a much more over-dressed and generally over-the-top character.

Edam and gouda are both named from the Dutch towns where they originated. Gouda has a higher fat content that edam, but the latter is better for melting.

Carnival is a celebration similar to Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Samba is a popular style of music and dance in Brazil featured prominently throughout Carnival. Soccer is by far the most popular sport in Brazil and retired player Pele is considered one of the best players of all time.

Holi is the Hindu festival of colors and love that is celebrated to announce the arrival of spring. It usually falls in March, but it can also occur in February. In addition to being a famous Bollywood actress, Aishwarya Rai is also a goodwill ambassador to the United Nations.

She focuses on humanitarian issues such as AIDS/HIV. With over a billion people nationwide, India sees over 10 million weddings per year. Although arranged marriages are less common than they used to be, many of the married couples were paired up by family members to some extent.

Schrammelmusik developed in the late 1800s by Johann and Josef Schrammel.

The tone is usually sad with some people describing it as a crying sound.

Pho is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup that is served with meat and herbs. Nhat-Nam is a form of martial art that originated in 1983, although some of the techniques and procedures have been around for centuries. Ca tru is a form of chamber music in Vietnam that is usually associated with geisha acts.

The origins of ca tru are unknown, but legend says it was developed by a young woman who lured enemy soldiers using her voice, akin to a siren from Greek mythology.

Answer: Kenya

Kenya is famous for its many safaris and animals, particularly on the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Benga is a type of music that debuted in Nairobi in the 1960s. A variety of instruments are used to play benga music, but modern instruments, like an electric guitar, are frequently used but played in the style of traditional instruments. Kitenge is a thick fabric worn by women, usually around the waist or chest.

While Kenyan men do not normally wear kitenge, men from other East African countries do.
10. Which Central American country, like most of its neighbors, is down with soccer and merengue music, but its citizens also enjoy eating gallo pinto (its national dish), and painting oxcart wheels, the national symbol?

Answer: Costa Rica

"Gallo pinto" means spotted rooster in English. The dish is a mixture of rice, black beans and spices. It is traditionally eaten at breakfast, but some people eat it all day long. Oxcarts have long been a part of traditional Costa Rican life. Although less common since the 20th century, they are still used in the more rural areas of the country. Costa Ricans like to paint them with bright colors and intricate designs.

In 2005, UNESCO declared Costa Rica's oxcart culture a work of "Intangible Cultural Heritage."
