Answer: Harold Macmillan

Born in 1894, Macmillan served in World War I. In 1951 he was a member of the Conservative government under Sir Anthony Eden as Minister for Housing. He was British Prime Minister from 1957 to 1963 and he died in 1986 at the age of 92 years.
