A Class 6 Driver's License is required to operate a motorcycle in BC. A Motorcycle Learner's License is a Class 8L License, and a Motorcycle Novice Driver's License is a Class 8 License.

Excessively loud music can fall under the same section as faulty mufflers, and sqealing tires: "Unnecessary Noise". As to exactly who determines what is "unnecessary" noise, that is up to the courts.
