Willie Carne played for the Brisbane Broncos in the National Rugby League (NRL). He was a key player for the team during the 1990s, known for his exceptional speed and agility on the field. Carne played for the Broncos for seven seasons, from 1990 to 1996, and scored an impressive 99 tries during that time. He was also a member of the Australian national team, helping the team win the Rugby League World Cup in 1992. Despite his success as a player, Carne's career was plagued by off-field issues, including drug addiction and legal problems. Despite these challenges, his contributions to the Broncos during his time with the team are still remembered and celebrated by fans today.
