Lead vocalist and guitarist of industrial rock band Deadsy, Elijah Blue Allman is the only son born of the marriage between Cher and her second husband, Gregg Allman. Cher married Allman on June 30, 1975, just four days after the divorce proceedings between her and Sonny Bono had concluded. Nine days later she filed for divorce citing that she could not tolerate Allman's addictions to heroin and alcohol.

Not long later they kissed and made up. Elijah Blue was born a year later (July 16, 1976) and Cher and Allman then divorced three years later. Cher would win an Oscar for Best Actress for her performance in the film "Moonstruck" (1987).

Joan Crawford was a legendary Hollywood actress, who earned herself an Academy Award for her portrayal of the title character in Michael Curtiz's "Mildred Pierce". In 1955 she married Alfred Steele, a soft drink mogul who had once worked at the Coca-Cola Company, before moving to the Pepsi-Cola Company, where he went on to become CEO.

When he died, in 1959, Crawford became heavily involved with Pepsi, forging a relationship that lasted until 1973. She also had four children, one of which published a "tell-all" book after Crawford's death, claiming she had been abusive to her children.

The book, named "Mommie Dearest", then went on to become a bestseller. However, despite the allegations made in the book, opinions on its claims varied greatly, with Crawford's other two daughters vehemently denying their sister's claims.
