The seven homunculi are Envy, Greed, Lust, Gluttony, Pride, Wrath, and Sloth. They share names with the "seven deadly sins". Lust, Envy, and Gluttony are often seen together.

Answer: Lust

Lust seems to be in charge of her trio, which includes Envy and Gluttony. She is killed by Roy. Her death has a profound effect on both Gluttony and Envy.

Answer: Envy

Envy can shape-shift into anyone and anything he chooses. Most notably, he transforms into Gracia Hughes before he murders Maes Hughes. Envy is the cause of the Ishbalan war, having transformed into a soldier and shooting an Ishbalan child.

Greed and his gang of Chimeras first appear in Dublith, inside the Devil's Nest. After a fight with Izumi Curtis and Edward Elric, he is attacked by King Bradley and Bradley brings him to Father. Father destroys him after Greed insults Envy.

Answer: Wrath

Wrath's Oroborous tattoo is in his eye, which he covers with an eye-patch. It is revealed that he is Wrath while he fights Greed. "King" is his first name, not his title. His title is actually Führer.

Answer: Pride

Pride is also known as Selim Bradley, King Bradley's adoptive son. He is the eldest homunculus, as well as the second in command of the homunculi. He has the power to control anything that comes into contact with his shadow.

Answer: Gluttony

Gluttony will eat anything and everything in sight. He even asks Lust if it is okay to eat Father Cornello, since he is of no use to them anymore. Gluttony is deeply upset by Lust's death and leaps at the chance to get to Roy Mustang and eat him in revenge. However, he eats Ling, Edward, and Envy instead.

Answer: Sloth

Sloth is digging under Amestris in order to make a transmutation circle. The plan is to use the country to make a Philosopher's Stone. Sloth wants to finish his work so he doesn't have to work anymore.

Answer: Ouroboros

Six of the homunculi have an Ouroboros tattoo on their body. Wrath's is in his eye, Gluttony's is on his tongue, Greed's is on his hand, Sloth's is on his right shoulder, Lust's is on her chest, and Envy's is on his left thigh. Pride is the only homunculus without one.

Instead, there is a circular marking on his forehead. The tattoo looks like a dragon that is curled and attempting to grab its tail.

Answer: Philosopher's Stone

The Philosopher's Stone is also, coincidentally, the same thing that Edward and Alphonse are looking for. It is said that the Stone has the power to bypass "Equivalent Exchange". It is created through the sacrifice of human lives. After finding this out, Edward and Alphonse are horrified. Destroying the stone within a homunculus will destroy the homunculus itself.
