This is Queen's best selling album, about 25 million copies sold worldwide. They were the first British band to hit seven million copies sold in the UK. As of October 2023 when this quiz was written, this album was on the UK Album Chart for 1071 weeks and 564 weeks on Billboard 200.

Two hits reached the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1980: "Another One Bites the Dust" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love". "Bohemian Rhapsody" only managed to reach number nine in 1975 and "We Are the Champions" reached number four in 1977. At many sporting events, "We Are the Champions" was frequently featured. The song was chosen as an official theme song for the 1994 FIFA World Cup hosted by U.S.A.

"We Will Rock You" was ranked by Rolling Stone as number 330 of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time". The song was included into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2001.

"A Kind of Magic", "Under Pressure", "Radio Ga Ga", "I Want It All" and "I Want to Break Free" are all featured in Queen's "Greatest Hits II" album released on October 28, 1991.
