Crosby, Stills & Nash formed in 1968 with David Crosby from The Byrds, Stephen Stills from Buffalo Springfield, and Graham Nash from The Hollies. Neil Young, also formerly of Buffalo Springfield, joined the trio in 1969, and from time to time thereafter, at which times the group is known as Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
2. Blind Faith was formed from the members of which bands?

Answer: The Yardbirds, Cream, Traffic

Blind Faith formed in 1969 with members Eric Clapton, formerly of The Yardbirds and Cream; Ginger Baker, formerly of Cream; Steve Winwood, formerly of Traffic and the Spencer Davis Group; and Ric Grech, formerly of Family. Blind Faith only put out one album and broke up about a year after their formation, but their song "Can't Find My Way Home" is still much played on classic rock stations.
