1. Who was the first character we saw in this episode?

Answer: Jack Shephard

The episode began with a flashforward that showed Jack on a plane and he was sporting a beard. He tapped a flight attendant on the shoulder and asked her if he could get another drink and she told him they would be landing in twenty minutes. She gave him a newspaper to read for those final twenty minutes.
2. At the beginning of the first hour of this episode, who did Jack ask if they had everything they needed?

Answer: Sayid Jarrah

Jack was seen with the other survivors down by the beach and he went to talk to Sayid. He asked Sayid if they had everything they needed but Sayid informed him he did not but he made the best out of what they had. He asked Sayid about Bernard and Jin and Sayid told him they were excellent at shooting guns.
3. Who asked Jack what he did for a living before he "became Moses"?

Answer: Naomi Dorrit

During the opening credits, Jack and many others were walking along a part of the island and Naomi decided to ask him a question. She wanted to know what Jack's occupation was before he "became Moses", per her words. Jack told her he was a doctor.

In the previous episode, Charlie had been captured by two women and he was seen tied up in this episode. In his first scene, one of the women punched him in the face and asked him who he was and the other woman told him if he cooperated they would go easy on him. There was a flashforward where we heard over a hospital intercom that a Dr. Leon was being called to surgery. Jack was in the hospital getting some stitches taken out and his doctor told him the news people were waiting for him outside. Jack asked the doctor how a woman was doing and she told him the woman was stabilized.
6. Which actress played Greta in this episode?

Answer: Lana Parrilla

Parrilla, born on July 15th, 1977 in Brooklyn, New York played Greta in this episode of "Lost." Greta was one of the women who held Charlie captive. Parilla guest starred as Greta for two episodes of "Lost." She has also guest starred on the TV shows, "Six Feet Under", "NYPD Blue", and "JAG".

She starred on three quickly canceled series as well, "Windfall", "Swingtown" and "Miami Medical".
7. Which actress played Bonnie in this episode?

Answer: Tracy Middendorf

Middendorf, born on January 26th, 1970 in Miami Beach, Florida guest starred as Bonnie in this episode. Bonnie was the other woman who held Charlie captive. Middendorf played Bonnie for just two episodes of "Lost." She also guest starred on the TV series', "Without a Trace", "House M.D.", and "The Mentalist."
8. Who told Richard he was going to the radio tower?

Answer: Ben Linus

There was a scene in which Richard was practicing a golf swing and he asked Ben if both of them were going to a radio tower. Ben told him that only he would be going since Richard was to take everyone to the Temple as planned. Richard told Ben how that point might not have been the best time to go off on his own since people were asking questions.
9. Midway through the episode, who told Sawyer down by a creek that something was wrong?

Many of the survivors were down by a creek and Sawyer was seen filling a bottle with water. Kate came up to him and said something was wrong so Sawyer simply commented how there were many things that were wrong. Kate told him how Jin, Bernard and Sayid had not caught up to the rest of them by now and she wanted to make sure they were alright.
10. Near the end of the episode, who told Jack he was going back to the beach?

Answer: James "Sawyer" Ford

It was near the episode's conclusion where Jack was leading many people across the island and Sawyer told him he was going back to the beach. Jack told him that they had to keep moving but Sawyer said he did not ask Jack for permission to go back to the beach. Sawyer told Jack how he knew Jack had a job to do and he felt he was standing in Jack's way.
