Answer: Taxi

"Taxi" aired from 1978 to 1983 first on ABC then NBC. It starred Judd Hirsch, Marilu Henner, Jeff Conaway, Danny DeVito, Tony Danza, and Andy Kaufman.

Answer: The Munsters

Only 70 episodes of "The Munsters" were aired running from 1964 until 1966. The popularity of the "Batman" TV series, debuting in 1966, hurt "The Munsters" ratings enough to where the show was cancelled. The cast featured Fred Gwynne, Yvonne DeCarlo, Al Lewis, Butch Patrick, Beverley Owen, and Pat Priest.
3. You have tuned into a show about a California newspaper columnist and his family. Which program are you watching that has Elizabeth, Tommy, Nancy, David, and Nicholas for some of the kids' names?

Answer: Eight is Enough

"Eight is Enough" aired for 5 seasons on ABC from March 1977 - May 1982. The father, Tom Bradford, worked for the "Sacramento Register" and was portrayed by Dick Van Patten. The kids were played by Grant Goodeve, Lani O'Grady, Laurie Walters, Susan Richardson, Dianne Kay, Connie Newton, Willie Aames, and Adam Rich. Diana Hyland was cast as Tom Bradford's wife but sadly only appeared in the first four episodes before being diagnosed with breast cancer.

She passed away on March 27, 1977, just 12 days after the first episode aired.

Answer: Newhart

In this hilarious sit-com, Bob Newhart plays Vermont innkeeper Dick Loudon, who also happens to author several do-it-yourself books. The series ran on CBS for eight seasons from 1982-1990. The series finale featured Newhart waking up in the middle of the night next to Suzanne Pleshette (his previous sit-com wife) leading you to believe the entire eight seasons was a dream! The show also starred Mary Frann, Tom Poston, Peter Scolari and Julia Duffy.

The brothers Larry, Darryl and Darryl were William Sanderson, John Voldstad, and Tony Papenfuss.
5. Sadly, there were only 12 episodes of this hilarious British TV program. What is the name of this show that features Basil, Sybil, Polly, and Manuel?

Answer: Fawlty Towers

Series one of "Fawlty Towers" aired on the BBC Two during 1975 producing six episodes. Series two was also six episodes that aired in 1979. The show was about a fictional hotel in Torquay located on the English Riviera. Monty Python member John Cleese and his wife, Connie Booth, co-wrote all the episodes that also featured Prunella Scales, Andrew Sachs and Ballard Berkeley.

Answer: The Patty Duke Show

"The Patty Duke Show" ran on ABC from 1963 - 1966 and starred Patty Duke in a dual role playing identical cousins. A total of 104 episodes were filmed over three seasons. The other cast members were William Schallert, Jean Byron, Paul O'Keefe, and Eddie Applegate.

Answer: Sanford and Son

"Sanford and Son" starred Redd Foxx and Demond Wilson as the title characters, Fred and Lamont Sanford. The show ran for six seasons ending in 1977. After the series ended, two spin-offs were produced. Both the "Sanford Arms" and "Grady" spin-offs were short-lived.

The other regular cast members were LaWanda Page, Whitman Mayo, Lynn Hamilton, Gregory Sierra, Don Bexley, and Nathaniel Taylor.

The cast featured Robert Brown, Bobby Sherman, David Soul, Bridget Hanley, Joan Blondell, Henry Beckman, Mark Lenard, and Susan Tolsky.

Answer: Designing Women

"Designing Women" was a show set in Atlanta and follows the exploits of the interior design firm of Sugarbaker and Associates. The show ran for seven seasons, from 1986 - 1993, on the CBS network. The cast members included Dixie Carter, Jean Smart, Meshach Taylor, Delta Burke, Annie Potts, Alice Ghostley, and Hal Holbrook.

Answer: Room 222

This wonderful series aired for five seasons on ABC from 1969 - 1974. The storylines centered around an L.A. high school history teacher and his students. The first two seasons aired on Wednesday nights but then moved to Friday night for the remainder of the series. That Friday night lineup also included "The Odd Couple", "The Brady Bunch", "The Partridge Family," and "Love, American Style".

The "Room 222" cast featured Lloyd Haines, Michael Constantine, Denise Nicholas, and Karen Valentine.

Answer: Home Improvement

"Home Improvement" was set in the suburbs of Detroit and followed the misadventures of Tim 'The Tool Man' Taylor who starred on his own do-it-yourself cable TV program. The show ran for eight seasons on ABC ending in 1999. The cast featured Tim Allen, Patricia Richardson, Richard Karn, Earl Hindman, Pamela Anderson, Debbie Dunning, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, and Taran Noah Smith.

Answer: That's My Mama

Absolutely great sitcom about a Washington, D.C., barbershop and the relationship between the owner and his mother. "That's My Mama" aired for two seasons on ABC during 1974-75 being so unfortunate as to go up against "Little House on the Prairie" on another network.

The cast included Clifton Davis, Theresa Merritt, Ted Lange, Theodore Wilson, Lynne Moody, Lisle Wilson, DeForest Covan, and Jester Hairston.
15. Which TV program would you be watching if some of the main character names are Leonard, Montgomery, James, Pavel, and Christine?

Answer: Star Trek

"Star Trek" was only on for three seasons and produced 79 episodes but it sure did create a phenomenon that continues to this day. This sci-fi series (the original) aired from 1966 - 1969 and featured William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley, Nichelle Nichols, James Doohan, George Takei, Walter Koenig, Majel Barrett, and Grace Lee Whitney.
