In the beginning of Leg 10, the four remaining teams departed from the ninth Pit Stop at Jain Mandir Dada Bari in Delhi, India. Their first clue of this leg instructed them to travel by plane nearly two thousand kilometres to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Once there, teams needed to travel to Abra Station where they could find their next clue at a water taxi parked in a nearby lake. Teams were made aware that yet another Yield would be ahead on the course.

Upon arrival at Abra Station, all four teams made the decision not to Yield another team. Here, teams obtained their Road Block clue. Before attempting the task, teams needed to travel to Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, where one team member would need to complete a nine hole golf course using only a putter and a single club. Once they completed all nine holes, they could obtain their next clue.

Answer: Syeon

Zabrina, Francesca, Marsio, and Syeon completed this task though many of them actually knew how to play (even though their teammates did). Some teams, who lost their ball in a water trap, were forced to obtain a replacement at the first tee. After this task, teams needed to head to the Dubai International Marine Club where they could find their next clue on the Leopard of Dubai.

After finding the Leopard of Dubai, teams had to head to their next clue at the Mall of the Emirates in the Ski Dubai facility, and indoor ski hill. Once there, teams found their Detour. This was a choice between 'Hack' and 'Hike'. In 'Hack', teams needed to use a hammer and chisel in order to hack away at a block of ice containing their clue. Sandy and Francesca and Andrew and Syeon completed this task.

In 'Hike', teams needed to carry twenty-five kilograms of skiing equipment up the tallest slope in Ski Dubai.

At the top, teams could obtain their clue. Joe Jer and Zabrina and Mardy and Marsio obtained this clue.

After the Detour, teams were told to go to Modern Jewelery Shop in Gold Souk. Here, they could claim their final clue for this leg of the race. This clue instructed teams to hitch a ride in a 4x4 vehicle outside Gold Souk and to head to the Pit Stop, the Margham Desert Camp.

The first team to arrive here was Sandy and Francesca while the last was Mardy and Marsio. This leg was the final non-elimination leg of the race, so they were spared from elimination.

In the beginning of Leg 11, four teams departed from their Pit Stop at the Margham Desert Camp on the outskirts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All four teams departed within ... of each other. From there, teams were instructed to travel in 4x4 vehicles to Desert Area 53 for their next clue boxes. This clue contained the Detour task for this leg of the race.
The first Detour choice for this Leg of the race was 'Seek', which had team members using metal detectors to search the sands for a small camel figurine.

In 'Ride', two team members needed to hitch a ride on a camel and using a camel stick, navigate a marked course while collecting five flags on the way. Andrew and Syeon finished this task first, and persuaded Sandy and Francesca to use their camel (after they had switched back and forth through the tasks). All four teams finished this task.

After completing the Detour task, teams had to head into Dubai to the Eye of the Emirates, a forty-two cabin ferris wheel. If a team picked any of the clues, they would need to travel a full revolution around the wheel before they could choose another clue. Luckily, Andrew and Syeon found their clue on the first revolution.

The correct clue turned out to be a Road Block task, leading teams to a restaurant in Dubai.

At the restaurant, team members completed the Road Block, which required that they eat brains, an Arabian delicacy. Syeon, Joe Jer, Sandy and Marsio completed this task. After this tough eating challenge, teams were given their next quiz sending them to Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum's house in Dubai. Their next clue box would be on the grounds there.

The next clue sent racers to the Wild Wadi Water Park where racers needed to take a ride down the Jumeriah Sceirah, the largest water slide outside of North America to get their next clue. This task is identical to a task performed in "The Amazing Race 5".

After this, teams needed to head to the Pit Stop, Mina A' Salam Beach, in Dubai. Here, the final three teams were informed and Mardy and Marsio were eliminated from the race.

In the beginning of Leg 12, teams began by starting a challenge at Mina A' Salam Beach. To advance they needed to finish a jigsaw puzzle for their clue. This sent racers to Kuala Lampur, Malaysia, their starting point in the race, where they needed to reach a clue at Kuala Lampur Tower, their first Pit Stop in the race. Sandy and Francesca attempted to secure seats on an earlier flight, but it only got them a lead of a few minutes.

Arriving at the Menra Tower, teams were instructed to take a flight to Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia where they had to search the city for a specific cat statue. Here, teams were instructed to go to the Old Courthouse on Gambier Road where their clue would be on the grounds. This clue would be the final Detour challenge of the race.

In the Detour, found at the Old Courthouse, teams could choose between 'Brains' and 'Brawns'. In 'Brains' teams needed to go to Indian Mall Street. Here, using a Sony Cybershot camera as a clue, teams needed to assemble a bench using tools provided and without instructions.

In 'Brawns', teams needed to go to a marked food store on the waterfront and deliver thirty kilograms of food on their shoulders to Pengkalan Sapi. All three teams completed the 'Brains' task.

After the Detour, teams traveled to Sarawak Cultural Village, thirty-five kilometres away, where they found their Road Block task. They then needed to search longhouses for their next clue stating that their next clue could be obtained by using a blowgun to shoot three coloured pineapples.

After this, the final Road Block was performed after teams drove to Permai Rainforest Resort. Three team members completed a rope obstacle course in the treetops before obtaining their final clue.

After the Road Block, teams had to drive to the finish line: Bako National Park. Here, teams needed to ride a flagged speedboat and reach the finish mat on the boardwalk. Joe Jer and Zabrina were the first to land on the mat and won the $100,000 US dollars.

They also became the first all-female team to win any edition of "The Amazing Race". Sandy and Francesca placed second soon after and Andrew and Syeon placed third.
