Bo is a tall, large, imposing black man who has a tattoo on his neck which is clearly visible to Joey. The kid is clearly scared of him and even Emma looks nervous to be around him, especially when she hears that he's not directly one of Joe Carroll's followers (which means that he's a freelance psychopath of sorts).

The garage itself doesn't inspire much confidence in the guy either, as it's dirty, poorly lit, and has surprises lurking behind chained doors.

Just like the FBI can't be trusted to do their job, Claire can't be trusted not to run off with anybody that Joe Carroll sends to meet her. In her eyes, she probably thinks that she'll be able to see Joey and protect him by following Joe's orders, however, clearly the FBI thinks differently.

In any case, everyone looks frustrated and the only people who are actually getting their jobs done are Joe's followers.

Answer: Bathroom

Curious, curious Joey, going where you obviously are going to find things you don't want to see... Joey, after the long trip to get away from the farmhouse, wants to go to the bathroom, understandably. Bo tells him it's in the back and Joey goes there, however, opposite the bathroom there is a door with strange muffled sounds emanating from it. The door is chained, though not tightly enough so that a ten-year-old boy can't squeeze through. Joey goes in and finds the girl in the cage.

Joey, shocked, returns to Emma (who he still calls Denise), and tells her about the girl. This enrages Bo and he starts yelling at Joey. Emma, ever the protector, steps in between the two, though I'm sure she also feared for her life.

Answer: Agent Parker

Ryan Hardy wants to tag along with the convoy himself, however, his request is denied. Joe Carroll's transfer is approved mostly due to the fact that Hardy broke some of Joe's fingers and this apparently constituted a violation of his eighth amendment rights, the one that prohibits cruel and unusual punishments by the federal government, particularly, torture.

Answer: Under a car

Joey knows that girls should not be locked up in cages and while Emma and Bo are discussing their connection to Joe Carroll, Joey steals the keys and runs off to help the girl out. Bo, however, notices that the keys are gone and so is Joey, and he runs after him. Joey manages to release Dana, however, he opts not to run until faced with Bo.

Joey runs out into the garage and between some cars with Bo hotly in pursuit. Joey is small, so he figures that his best bet is to squeeze under a car. Nevertheless, Bo finds him and drags him out by his feet.

Answer: A video artifact on the surveillance footage

While analyzing the surveillance video of the van taking off with Joe Carroll supposedly inside, the FBI team notices a napkin of sort being blown into the garage and then disappears from its location. This leads them to believe that the video has been doctored or spliced, and Ryan Hardy calls Agent Parker who's with the convoy.

After pulling her pistol on the driver of the transport vehicle, they open the back only to discover that the back of the van is, not surprisingly, empty.

Answer: Strangles her

Joe Carroll escapes prison in the trunk of Olivia Warren's car. She even got him a suit which fits perfectly and she drives him to wherever he asked her to. Big mistake. Carroll's next move is to dispose of his attorney (so, I guess there isn't going to be an appeal?) and he does this with Ryan on the phone. Carroll is obviously trying to drive Ryan mad with grief and blame, but, Ryan just seems to get angry and focused. Carroll, having just escaped from prison, doesn't have many tools at his disposal, so he merely strangles Olivia to death.

Answer: In a mall

Agent Weston and Ryan Hardy track down Olivia Warren's phone and this leads them to her body. A witness points out to the pair that the suspect took off by foot in a certain direction. Hardy and Weston catch up to Carroll at a mall where he's already been greeted by a follower of his, one that Carroll doesn't seem to know because the follower has to introduce himself. Of course, at this mall there are tons of stairs, something that is going to wreak havoc with Hardy's pacemaker.

Answer: Straight razor

Louise walks past the security guard saying "excuse me". The guard stands there with a sort of confused expression on his face as Louise goes by him and he takes a long time to collapse to the ground clutching his belly, which is turning darker and darker red by the second. Louise wipes her straight razor from the blood as she steps in next to David and Joe Carroll in the elevator, Carroll, all this time, with a very amused expression at what has transpired.

Answer: True

Joe Carroll enters a waiting helicopter on the roof of the mall. Ryan Hardy, having incapacitated David, manages to rush up all of the stairs and bursts onto the roof as the helicopter takes off. While Joe Carroll looks back wistfully at Ryan, Hardy pulls out his pistol and starts taking shots at the retreating helicopter.

Some of the shots do hit the chopper, however, the shots are glancing ones and the helicopter doesn't seem to be damaged at all.
