The player can hear this juicy gossip if they acquire the Knife Chamber Key and listen through said crack between 9:30 and midnight of Day 2. Anju's mother will express her concern and doubts regarding Kafei's disappearance, suspecting that he has fled to Romani Ranch to be with Cremia, while Anju - herself worried - remains steadfast in her loyalty to Kafei.

Kafei emerges from the entrance to the Laundry Pool to deliver a letter, which is later taken to Anju. If Link wears the Kafei Mask in front of her after said letter is delivered to her, he will begin the Kafei/Anju sidequest.

The owner will quit his shift at 9 PM and the store will re-open an hour later with a different employee behind the counter. A popular theory among the community is that the owner is in fact the same NPC as the Curiosity Shop Salesman, as they share the same sprite and the latter begins his shift at 10 PM.

She can be found in the upstairs bedroom with her entire family, including Granny. She will have - as her mother suggested - fled to the ranch. However, if Link delivers the Pendant of Memories, she will have kept her promise and wait at the Employee's Room of the Stock Pot Inn.

Interestingly, the player can blindly complete the path to the Snake's Den without having the Seahorse guide them. While the Deku Scrub minigame gets more difficult by the day, it is a worthwhile endeavor for completionists, as the Day 3 prize (should the player win the prior two iterations of the challenge) is a Heart Piece. On Night 3, the Swordsman can be found cowering in the back of his School School.

While visiting him serves no real purpose, there are plenty of rupees to be had from the pots around him in this area, only accessible on Night 3.

To win the Heart Piece and mark up the Notebook entry, the placer must stop the clock at exactly 10 seconds from when the Postman begins counting, down to the hundredth of a second. This is made easier while wearing the Bunny Hood, in which case the timer remains present the entire time.

The most difficult version of the game would be without the mask on the Japanese cartridge, as the game does not generously round the time up to 10.00 should the player be off by a miniscule amount.

Dampe will reward the player with mere Rupees should he clear out the Graveyard of the pests. The real prize from Dampe is the Heart Piece acquired from him in on Night 3, upon completing his digging minigame and defeating the Large Poe.

Men are hard at work chiseling away at the giant boulder blocking the way to Romani Ranch during the first two days. Should the player use a Bomb Keg, the path becomes open for the remainder of the cycle. While the player can enjoy the fruits of the workers' labor after two days have passed, the major events that took place the first two nights will have already passed.

The player will be able to do little more than acquire the Bunny Hood from Grog.

Answer: North Clock Town

Sakon will "not be doing anything suspicious," according to him. In reality, he is preparing to steal the Bomb Bag from the Old Lady who will soon emerge from the North Clock Town Gate. Sakon can be found on Nights 2 and 3 delivering stolen goods to the Curiosity Shop. Sakon can be found at various points of the cycle in his home of Ikana Canyon, first prancing around trying to rob Link of his sword and later heading back to his hideout, where the player can recover the Sun Mask from him.

Answer: Anju serving food to her mother

Anju will be cook food to serve to her mother early in the afternoon. Granny is repulsed by the food and rejects it. Soon after returning her desk, the Postman delivers the letter from Kafei to her. Anju will be at the Laundry Pool on Day 3, should the player fail to deliver the Pendant of Memories to her.

You can trigger this cutscene by helping the Indigo Go's find performers for their Ballad of the Windfish performance in the Milk Bar. To do this, the player must have both Romani's Mask and all of Link's transformation masks.

Guru expresses his anger and envy toward the dog that was leader of his troupe. He confesses to having stolen the mask that helped his leader give instruction and promptly gives it to Link.

Anju's appointment to meet with the player is at 11:30 PM, though she reaches the Kitchen more along the lines of 11:45. Kamaro and the Mysterious Hand both appear at midnight in North Clock Town and the Stock Pot Inn bathroom, respectively. Sakon robs - or at least attempts to - the old lady just after midnight.

The player can read this letter on the Postman's bed on the Night of the Final Day, when he is brooding about his failure to complete his duties. The letter is simply a reminder to him to remain dutiful as a letter carrier whatever obstacles the surrounding events that transpire may bring. What a worker!

The Carnival of Time story takes two hours to tell, while the Four Giants takes until 6 pm until the same time on the following morning. The player can only listen fully to the latter by donning the All-Night Mask.

Toto is present to meet with Gorman regarding the cancellation of performance for the festival due to disturbing events caused by the Skull Kid. After some unsuccessful pleading, he heads out to the Milk Bar to sulk.

They can be found together in the barn from 6 - 8 PM. Romani allows her younger sister to drink the milk as a privilege of her transition to "adulthood."

The Goron will be there all-night, snoring and muttering that tomorrow will be rain. He is mysteriously absent for the rest of the cycle. Should his reservation at the Stock Pot Inn be fulfilled, he similarly disappears from existence, not even to be found within the room he booked.

Gorman can be found in the lobby of the Stock Pot Inn even before it opens at 8 AM. His first course of action is to head to the Mayor's Residence, arriving as soon as it opens to meet with Madame Aroma and Toto regarding his upcoming performance - or cancellation thereof.

Link - or, more accurately Kafei, through Link's heroics - retrieves merely the Sun Mask from the hideout late in Night 3. He must however, traverse all of Ikana Canyon to reach the Stock Pot Inn in Clock Town, arriving in the waning moments before moonfall, further adding to the drama.
