Tara Platt has played a number of notable roles over her lengthy career, appearing in popular TV Show "Naruto", voicing Edelgard von Hresvelg in "Fire Emblem", Yuri Watanabe in "Spider Man" and much, much more.

Here, Tara Platt also voiced Elizabeth in addition to Mitsuru. Needless to say, she had a massive impact on the game as a whole.

Answer: Thrusting sword/rapier

Mitsuru has a higher critical hit rate, but she will stumble at an above average rate. Her damage output is very average to boot. Her weapon deals Slashing damage, just like Makoto or Kotone's.

Answer: Navigator

Before Fuuka Yamagishi joins the team, Mitsuru uses Penthesilea to take on the role of Navigator. It's clearly not Penthesilea's best role, as Mitsuru begins to falter in the role shortly before Fuuka joins the team.

Answer: Ice

Mitsuru is resistant (immune after evolution) to Ice and weak to Fire. She is the only non-Makoto team member who can learn a boosting move, Mind Charge. Her Magic stat is sadly not the highest, but Mind Charge to go with Ice Amp and Bufudyne still lets her hit quite hard.

Answer: Academics

Mitsuru spend the game constantly prompting the player to ensure they're keeping up with their studies. She rewards them if they score well on exams, she is frequently found near the library, and she's also the Student Council President. As such, it makes perfect sense to demand a maxed Academics rank to begin a social with her.

Answer: November

November is the month after Mitsuru's father is killed. On the 12th of the month, she will finally have finished mourning his death at the hands of the traitorous ex-Chairman Ikutski and will be available should the player meet her other prerequisite.

Answer: Emperor

The Emperor Social Link is represented by Hidetoshi, who is a figure of authority within the Gekkoukan Student Council. With Mitsuru's responsibilities piling up and beginning to overwhelm her, she will one day essentially force the player to join Student Council to help alleviate her of her duties slightly.

As it happens, the Social Link involves literally doing none of that, but Mitsuru remains the catalyst for it nevertheless.

Answer: Motorcycle

Before Fuuka Yamagishi joins the team, Mitsuru will drive her motorcycle to Tartarus and store equipment inside of it that helps her do her secondary job as a Navigator. She stops doing this when Fuuka joins the team. After this, amidst her social, she will tell the player that she sometimes used the motorcycle as a stress coping tool, as she'd sometimes simply ride it far away from home to clear her thoughts.

Answer: Yes

If the player opts to play as Makoto Yuki, Mitsuru will be romanceable at rank 6. This will come two ranks before she publicly tells her forced fiancée off aggressively, before committing to Makoto in front of him. Even as Kotone, Mitsuru will not romance her, but will still break things off with her fiancée after he berates Kotone in front of Mitsuru.

Answer: Alillat

Alillat is a Persona with a ton of baggage. On one hand, she is crucially weak to Fire and Dark, which is horrible. On the other, she is immune to Electric and Ice, resistant to all forms of Physical damage, immune to Light and, perhaps most notably, gives the player the Divine Pillar item if she is levelled up enough.

As the Divine Pillar is famously almost required to have a chance at beating Elizabeth, arguably the hardest boss in the game, the player will want to get ahold of Alillat just for this even if they don't plan to use her otherwise.
