Fuuka is the team's Navigator and, as such, does not directly participate in combat at any point. Likewise, Lucia is incapable of ever learning a skill that directly does anything in battle.

Answer: Splitting the team up

At the player's command, Fuuka can relay an order to the team to split up, and search that particular floor of Tartarus apart from one another. This simple maneuver offers the rewards of gathering loot more quickly and finding the stairs up to the next floor faster, at the cost of leaving teammates vulnerable should they be attacked by an enemy alone.

Answer: Safely extract people from Tartarus

If the player has to leave behind an ally, Fuuka will ensure that said ally can return to the base of Tartarus safely. As well, when the player locates people who need to be rescued from wandering into Tartarus, Fuuka is once again capable of extracting these defenseless civilians and safely allowing them to return to their homes.

Answer: Fully revive the team to full HP

If on Safety difficulty and the player's team is fully defeated, Fuuka can simply restore everyone to full HP and SP. She will prompt the player with "No, please, we need you!" and if the player says yes, this is what takes place.

Tot course, this is only available on Safety difficulty. With this in play, the player cannot lose any battles except for Paradigm Door fights and Elizabeth. In those instances, prompting Fuuka to do this will simply result in the given opponent spamming a Megidolaon that deals a scripted 9,999 damage, making it impossible for the player to win if they have Fuuka do this.

Answer: Cooking

Fuuka is a beyond horrible cook, a trait which is joked about several times in the game. Here, however, she aims to hone her craft. This creates a fairly simple dynamic with which to begin a social link with Kotone off of.

Answer: Rice Cakes

Makoto will remark on how Fuuka's rice cakes are actually quite addicting. This reaction makes Fuuka very happy and, perhaps unsurprisingly, is what leads to the social becoming romantic.

Answer: A pair of headphones

Fuuka is evidently very skilled in matters relating to electronics. Given that she's the Navigator, that makes perfect, frankly common sense.

Answer: Not to listen to the player

Of course, as Aigis is a robot, bad things are very likely to happen if she actually does enter the hot springs. The player can jokingly encourage her to do so anyway, and if they do, Aigis will seem to take it seriously. This prompts Fuuka to, in possibly the cutest and funniest tone of voice ever, tell Aigis she can't do that, not to listen to the player, and Fuuka will then gently scold the player for telling Aigis this.

Answer: Nobody

Fuuka is, uniquely, the only major character in the game whose life never gets directly impacted by the death of anyone close. To juxtapose, Makoto/Kotone's parents are dead, Akihiko has lost his little sister, Mitsuru loses her father during the story, and Yukari lost her father ten years prior to the events of this game to the Dark Hour.

Answer: Scathach

Scathach is a Persona with a weird moveset, sadly not in the best of ways. Her stats favor a Magical approach, and she does have access to Mabufudyne and Magarudyne, but then she has access to Power Charge and Myriad Arrows, incentivizing a Physical approach despite the stats.

She is weak to Fire and sadly gets nothing to patch this up. Due to this, Scathach requires the most skill card support of all the Ultimate Personas, and without anything special or notable to her, most players would likely not feel inclined to bother.
