The ad is part of an anti-drink-driving campaign. It is about a boy who is deciding whether or not to tell his mate not to drive, as the mate is drunk. At one point he is wondering whether he'll look dumb in front of Monique.
'What if I look dumb in front of Monique?'

At another point, he imagines his life if his mate crashes.
"Bro, want some ghost chips?"
'You know I can't grab your ghost chips!'
A couple of boys watching call him "Spook! Spacehead."
At the end, his mate asks him what he's doing.

"Ae?!"

DIY. It's in our DNA. The Mitre 10 slogan. Most popular on an ad with two primary-school-aged kids who are going to do some DIY in the weekend. They ask Jonesy if he wants to help. "Nah!" says Jonesy. The kids shake their heads. "Aussies. What do you expect?"

Although the combo includes a bike, he makes the world's first bike-board and then asks what other combos he can make, meaning cheaper combos for phone credit.

"Finished dating Brian? Have a Pascals Swirl". An ad to show that Pascals Swirls are good at any time, including when you've finished listening, finished talking about your feelings, and finished dating Brian.

When the Lotto ticket is blown off the boat, Wilson jumps after it. He spends a very, very long time in getting home to his master, but he manages it. When he gets home, his master has a cat! Wilson is disgusted and takes the ticket to the homeless man who patted him and fed him. At the end the ad asks, 'What would you do?' meaning what would you do if you won the Lotto.

This guy is talking to his mate, who has asked why the ute is so filthy. He explains how he went through slips and all sorts of tall tales. He then goes on to say, hold onto your pie, because this is where it gets unbelievable. He says he saw a boar with rocket launchers on his back and he was breathing fire.

He was riding a motorbike, and next to him was a chimp, and that old chimp looked him right in the eye and demanded an icecream. 'So here I am.' The mate doesn't believe a word of it, of course; who would? Then, the back window rolls down and a chimp sticks his head out the window and says, 'Hokey pokey!' Then the mate drops his pie.

Togs, togs, togs, togs, undies! Everyone from New Zealand knows this much-quoted ad. Speedos, apparently, can be togs or undies. Whatever you want.

Sadly, though the ad advertises a New Zealand bank, the ad has some guy with an American accent or something. It means that people sit there thinking "Shouldn't the person have a Kiwi accent and use Kiwi words, rather than advertising the bank as a foreign one?" But it must work for them, because they continue to screen it.

The point they are trying to get through, with their slogan "We live in your world," is that they know what we want in a bank and they have it.
