She died in May 1999 at age 34 in what was first said to be an accidental overdose, but then ruled a suicide after finding large amounts of other drugs in her system, as well as noting her past history of suicide attempts.

His childhood was fairly normal (except for attending school with Michael Jackson and Christian Brando). As an adult, however, he was arrested in 1985 and 1990 for on drug charges, and convicted in 1991 for assaulting and robbing a transvestite prostitute. He's since turned his life around. He's been a DJ at several radio stations across the country.
6. This actress broke through with her role as Dorothy in 'The Wizard of Oz'. She then went on to a string of musicals for MGM, which led to her drug dependancy. MGM gave her sleeping pills and barbituates to keep her energy level high and her weight level down. She soon couldn't live without them. She went through 4 marriages and divorces before marrying her fifth husband. This marriage lasted little more than 3 months, as she ODed on barbituates and died on June 22, 1969.

10. One of the title 'My Three Sons', this actor was the black sheep of the TV cast family. He often threw away fan mail unopened, and he married a go-go dancer, who which Fred MacMurray (father Steve Douglas on the show) did not approve.
