Answer: Heather O' Rourke

Heather, who was usually referred to "As the Poltergiest Girl", was an actress for only seven years, and was well on her way to becoming a big star. Sadly, she passed away at the age of 12 in 1988 from complications due to Crohn's disease.

Please note that O'Rouke, died of a bowel obstruction, which stemmed from Crohn's disease.

Answer: The Never Ending Story II

Sadly, in November 2003, Brandis hanged himself in his L.A. apartment. He didn't leave a suicide note but friends and family felt he was feeling down about his career.
