Emo Philips was born Phil Soltanek on 7th February 1956 in Chicago Illinois. Although Emo has appeared on various TV shows, in a few movies, and has recorded three comedy albums, he is perhaps best known for the childlike delivery he uses in his stand-up comedy in which he employs his famous falsetto voice.
