The March 1955 issue was never printed. The main reason being that after the initial year in 'Playboy's' press run, the circulation had risen from 70,000 to 175,000 copies. By 1955 the circulation nearly doubled again. Orders flooded the magazine's Chicago offices at such a rate that its tiny staff was overwhelmed. Fortuneatly this problem never arose again.

The front cover was white with the words "'PLAYBOY' ENTERTAINMENT FOR MEN" in black across the top and a blue question mark in the centre.
2. The birth of the Rabbit ears emblem came along in April 1956's issue. However, one major difference to today's Rabbit was apparent what was it?

Answer: The Rabbit faced left to right.

Today the Rabbit faces right to left which was the difference and is white on a black background like its original form. The Rabbit has always had a bow tie and two ears.

Well on the cover she can be seen looking great in a gold swimsuit and on the floor by her side is a crown with Mr Rabbit nicely showing off.
